(Oneonta, NY) Bernadette Winters Bell, LMSW, PLLC, a life, loss and grief
therapist with a private practice in Oneonta, New York, will air Episode
Eleven of her podcast From Heartache to Healing and Hope on Monday, March 8
at 9 AM.
The goal of this series is to archive and share stories of varying
experiences that may help to shed light and offer hope during the
challenging, unprecedented times of the pandemic.

Philip Mehl has been involved in health care for close to 30 years in
multiple settings including ER trauma centers, hospitals, and long term
nursing as well as private practice. He is a licensed Social Worker and
Nursing Home Administrator with a strong focus on person-centered care and
work place culture and has won several awards in the field over the years.
Philip is also a consultant with LeadingAge New York where he strives to
bring fresh and effective systems to other facilities. Additionally, Philip
performs, writes, and directs and is a member of Uncle Cannibal at Hudson
Valley Improv. He began his acting training at LaGuardia School of the
Arts. He has done community theater, television commercials, sung at
Carnegie Hall and was recurring on PBS's Live From Off Center. He created
an original show The Truth About Splatter which ran in the Hudson Valley.
He relies on his husband and 2 daughters for sanity.

049813-1 New York. She has more than 30 years of experience in the life,
loss and grief sphere with children, adolescents and adults.
Areas of practice include therapy, counseling, hospice, trauma work and
bereavement support groups. She has served as an educator for groups and
organizations such as schools, houses of worship, businesses and
municipalities, and as a first responder for crisis management. Her
life-long practice of giving back continues with community pro bono work.
The pillars of Bernadette’s practice are emotional healing, psychological
growth and spiritual exploration. Her goal is to empower clients to be
stewards of their own well-being.
