Anyone else starting to get a bit daydream-y? A bit 'what if' or 'if only'ish? I find it always hits me when I take time out over the summer months. If you're starting to feel like something has to change, but you're not sure what, here's my process...

Head's Up! This episode talks about death, so if you're not feeling in the right place for that right now, feel free to head into the back catalogue and find yourself something to suit you.
Sarah Boyd has completed her training as a Death Doula and I was so keen to talk to her about her training, why she chose to pursue it, and what she's learned along the way. Sarah's conversation feels uplifting and life-affirming. It's so important that we start and continue the conversation about death. Listening to this is a great place to start (and don't forget to go and listen to the episode with Beth Nascé if you're interested in this).

Just me today, and I'm using this short episode to share with you a big tip to help you not fall at the first hurdle! When that inner voice gives you all the reasons why you should just give up now as it's bound to lead to failure/ embarrassment/ humiliation, here's what you can say to move past it.
You're welcome!

A fab episode with Toni Jones, Founder of the Shelf Help Group; the world’s first self-help book club and platform. Through the community, Toni is dedicated to celebrating, inspiring and supporting personal development and self-discovery.
I normally leave a bigger gap between podcast series, but this episode was too good to make you wait for! It comes in perfect time as we enter Mental Health Awareness week from 15-21 May. In this episode we discuss where Toni's love of self help books came from, why she thinks we should all love ourselves a little bit more, and how we can all take what we need to from the incredibly broad range of self help books. It's a lush conversation, and I encourage you to spread the word in support of mental health week.
Things Toni mentions:
Paul McKenna - Change Your Life in Seven Days
Hal Elrod - Miracle Morning

I have some questions for you...
They're big, but they will really help you start to get to the bottom of who are you, and who you might want to be. I try and weave some big questions into all my programmes and as I develop my career confidence sessions, they're coming up again for me. Helping answer some of these questions and getting to know yourself better can help you know how to prioritise, say no more often, shift outside your comfort zone, and hold your boundaries.
Grab the download, and work through the questions over time. Let me know how you get on.
Want to explore these questions, and others like them, with some more time and support?
