In our first episode of From Madness to Purpose, we dive into the backstory of co-host, Aleisha, and find out about her healing journey and the challenges she is currently facing as she navigates recovery. Aleisha touches on the value of genuine support and being able to know the difference who is there for you, and who is not. Aleisha's journey has been a difficult one but she is learning to prioritize self-care and if journeying towards embracing the scary parts of the past, and accepting what has happened in her life.
