Having spent 4 years in prison for armed robbery in a drug deal gone bad when he was just 23 years old, Erik Salzenstein knows firsthand the impact of life behind bars. During his time in prison, Erik underwent a powerful personal transformation under the guidance of a high performance coach (who also happened to be his older brother). Since his release in 2017, Erik has been passionate about sharing his story with others and inspiring them to break free from their own “prison walls”.
