This year has been one of the hardest and most expansive of my life. I’ve moved through deep somatic healing, touched layers of preverbal trauma I hadn’t accessed before, and anchored into a level of safety and trust I didn’t know was possible. It’s changed me. It’s changed my work. It’s changed how I show up in my marriage, my body, my business, and my relationship with God.

This isn’t a Q&A episode—it’s more of a love note. A transmission. A sacred pause before I go in.
