He has served through many of the changes the fire service tends to see over time and knows what it takes to adapt to those changes and come out a better firefighter and organization.

Chief Williams has been married to his best friend Melissa for 27 years and credits his success as a husband, father, and fireman to her and their son's continued support.

Chief Williams shares many of his secrets to a successful career and family life balance. Oh, and he's also Dylan's dad!
