    The Atlanta Braves debuted the newest version of their City Connect uniforms as they opened a six-game homestand, looking to build on their strong start to the 2026 season.
    Grant McAuley discusses the week that was in Atlanta Braves baseball, including the fisticuffs against the Los Angeles Angels, Reynaldo Lopez's suspension, Spencer Strider's recovery, and the club's pitching plans in order to keep their momentum going on the mound.     The Atlanta Braves once again find themselves in the kind of familiar territory that would rather avoid. On Tuesday, Major League Baseball announced a 162-game suspension of Jurickson Profar after his second violation of the league’s policy on performance enhancing drugs.
    Grant McAuley discusses the fallout from Profar’s latest ban, how the Braves will cover for the loss in production, what effects it will have on the lineup construction, the opportunity it presents for newcomer Mike Yastrzemski and others, as well as the possibility of adding another outfielder to cover for the loss.
    While the Braves lose Profar for the entire season, the $15 million he was owed is now on the table to potentially help the club in a variety of ways. Could that be better spent on a starting pitcher to fortify the injury-riddled rotation. All of that and more on this edition of the show.

    The Atlanta Braves have a new manager and it ended up being a familiar face. The club announced the hiring off long-time bench coach Walt Weiss this week, setting off a slew of changes to the coaching staff.
    Grant McAuley discusses the hiring of Weiss, how he fits into what the Braves are looking for, the club's decision to keep it internal despite a month-long search, how the continuity Weiss provides should help Atlanta get back to winning, and some of the changes that have already taken place on the coaching staff. Pitching coach Rick Kranitz, first base coach Tom Goodwin, and third base coach Fredi Gonzalez are out, while former Mets pitching coach Jeremy Hefner and first base coach Antoan Richardson were hired.
