With Riverdale Season 4 coming back in 9 days, I figured I’d put in my two cents about the teaser trailer and recently released information from the press.

During this episode, Kava rants about the trope of glorifying manipulative and just plain morally wrong characters in the media. Billy Hargrove from Stranger Things and Veronica Lodge from Riverdale are prime examples of this trope she’s dubbed the “bad boy/bad girl affect”

While I’d love to spend the whole entirety of this episode talking about fanfiction and tropes in the media, I wanted to share my latest project with all of you!

Today we are speaking about tropes of falling in love with selfish and cruel human beings in the media and how that translates to real life.
