Kath and Mish are in rude health, but that hasn't always been the case.
Our gals mull over the meaning of wellness, and then invite on a professional who helps people maintain wellness when they're caring for others.
Plus, Mish reveals how recently she had a bowel cancer checkup...like never!
You'll get some sage advice about how not to be Mish in this thoughtful appraisal of keeping mind and body intact for as long as possible.

Kath and Mish open up about their shared obsession with books, and Mish explains why it's highly likely she wont be joining another book club.
Their special guest is Corrie Perkin.
Corrie opened My Bookshop in Melbourne in 2009, and due to Covid was forced to shut its physical doors whilst leaving its online portal wide open.
Prior to moving into the book business, Corrie was an award-winning journalist for 30 years whose writing and editing roles including Managing Editor of The Age, Melbourne editor of Good Weekend magazine, arts and books editor of The Sunday Age, and national arts writer at The Australian.
In this convo, Corrie talks about when to prop a book up in front of a child, and why Mish's distrust of book club dynamics is well founded!

Mish discovers a book of explicit erotica from 1824 that she wants to share with Kath. The more she reads from it, the less comfortable Kath feels. Laugh out loud listening.
So what's the difference between porn and erotica? And what did Kath read to a bloke over a telephone line that got them both very very excited?
Warning: explicit language and adult themes.
Kath closes the business she's owned and run for 18 years, and tells Mish what it's like to front up as a new employee when you're in your 50s.
Will Kath feel like she knows what she's doing?
And how will all these younger colleagues feel about the new, older gal on the block?
Mish is still bedding in with her latest gig as well, and the two compare notes about turning up for a new boss, and fitting into that new team.
Kath and Mish open up about themselves, how they got here and what you can't expect them to bang on about. Plus a big tip on how they scored a place in the sleep clinic on Mother's Day!
