This week we welcome Meredith Redmon to the podcast! We discuss finding grace in the messy side of motherhood. Let's be honest, motherhood is messy, but there is also a lot of joy, humor, and growth for both us as the mommas and the kiddos. We talk about how to find connection and regaining our sense of self at the beginning of motherhood and how naturally there is tension between expectations and the reality of motherhood.
Meredith Redmon is a former pediatric ICU RN turned SAHM to two precious littles and one fur baby. She’s been married for seven years to her husband, Travis. He’s an ER doctor with an affinity for all things outdoors. She’s a lover of all things carbohydrate based, particularly salt and vinegar chips. She is the author of Dear Jesus, Send Coffee, which will be released August 31, 2021. Her goal is to make sure each mama knows that while her journey is unique, we are all united in motherhood. You are the perfect mother to your children both on the hard days and on the cake walks. She wrote her book to help mothers feel less alone in this beautiful, messy, chaotic, amazing journey!
