Millie Brumbaugh, Creative and Musical Director of Pend Oreille Players, visits the studio with a preview of the summer production "Coming to America." Joining her are Racine Balow, Assistant Director and Tech, and actor Janine Goodrich, who performs a song from the show, "O Sole Mio." Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre's first production of 2019 will be the family favorite "Beauty and the Beast." Lorna Hamilton (director) and Jesse Hampsch (vocal director) discuss the production, and actors Brandon Michael (the Beast) and Adelaide Turnage (Belle) perform songs from the show, with accompanist Annie Flood on piano. Spokane Youth Ballet will present its Summer Concert 2019 at 7 pm Saturday at the Martin Woldson Theater at the Fox. Art Spirit Gallery of Coeur d'Alene has a new venture, AS2, in The Wonder Building, in Spokane. "Threads of Wonder," a pop-up exhibition, features textile artists Shawn Parks and Margaret Mount.
