These components don’t just coexist—they interact contextually. The company has invested in its own AI and ML capabilities since 2012, and recently launched an agent studio—but only after evaluating how new models can meaningfully add value. Vivin points out that enterprise use cases often benefit more from small, purpose-built language models than from massive general-purpose ones.
