Forgiveness isn’t pretending it didn’t hurt.
 It’s understanding that broken people break people.

When I began to understand my own brokenness my pain, my trauma, my pride forgiveness stopped feeling impossible.

It became personal.

This episode isn’t about excusing sin.
 It’s about seeing the heart the way Jesus does.

Because forgiveness begins with understanding brokenness.

 Proverbs 1 shows us how destruction rarely begins with something shocking. It begins with agreement. With going along. With small steps that feel harmless. Then wisdom raises her voice. Not to shame. To warn. Not to condemn. To protect. In this episode we talk about the drift, the danger of ignoring correction, and why God’s rebuke is actually mercy.

Through the book of Proverbs, I am walking through the areas of my own life that need growth, clarity, repentance, and direction. I share what I am learning, what God is revealing, and how His wisdom is shaping the way I live, think, and respond in a very loud world.

In this episode, I’m sharing a very real and personal walk with faith. A few years ago, God revealed something to me through Scripture that I did not want to hear that I was acting just like the Israelites. And honestly, the more I look at their story, the more I see my own in it.

They saw miracles, yet doubted. They walked through the parted Red Sea, yet panicked. They received manna from the sky, yet feared it wouldn’t come again. Their 11-day journey took 40 years because they kept choosing fear over faith. And if we’re honest, we do the same thing.

In this episode, we dig into what faith really is, why it feels so hard, and how God uses the wilderness to grow us. We’ll look at the Israelites, the disciples, Joshua, and even my own life as I share the faith battles I’ve faced just in these past few weeks. Faith is built through prayer, Scripture, and surrender — not comfort. The Promised Land is worth it, but it takes trust to get there.

 I recently read an incredible book last year called A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23, which takes you inside this beloved psalm through the eyes of a real shepherd. David wasn’t speaking in poetry. He was speaking from experience. As a shepherd himself, he understood every image, every tool, and every promise in a way most of us never realize. 

In this podcast, we take a deep dive into Psalm 23 and discover how Jesus is the Good Shepherd, how God cares for us in personal and practical ways, and how much He truly loves us. When you understand this psalm, fear begins to fade, because anxiety cannot survive in the presence of truth. Psalm 23 tells you who God is, which makes it hard to believe the lies that anxiety whispers. 

Even though God says “Do not be afraid” 365 times, we still wrestle with worry from our human perspective. So let’s walk through this psalm together, learn from it, and let it reshape the way we see God. My prayer is that you will write Psalm 23 on your heart, speak it over yourself daily, and come to believe every word with your whole heart. 

 The word commissioning can stir up confusion, even fear, especially for those who don’t share our faith. In this episode, I explore the true heart behind Jesus’ Great Commission and how it teaches us to respond to the world’s evil with compassion, action, and unwavering faith. 

Have you ever wondered if God’s love was conditional—based on what you do or don’t do? Have you ever felt like He was punishing you when life didn’t go your way? What if I told you it’s actually the reverse? God’s love is completely unconditional. He never changes. But if we’re honest, our love for Him often depends on the conditions of our lives.

Each one shows us that God doesn’t wait for us to fix ourselves, He comes to us in our brokenness. His love seeks, saves, and restores. The real question isn’t whether God loves us, it’s whether we’re willing to invite Him in.

 In this episode, I share the powerful story of Esther and Vashti, two women in the Bible whose lives reveal how deeply God values women. At first glance, their stories may seem to oppose each other, but in reality, they are beautifully connected. Vashti’s refusal to be objectified created the space for Esther’s rise, reminding us that one woman’s courage often paves the way for another’s destiny. 

When I first became a Christian, I believed that women were oppressed in the church. My feminist mindset had me searching for sexism everywhere. But as I grew in faith and studied God’s Word, I discovered the truth: Christianity doesn’t diminish women, it elevates them. 

The Book of Esther proves this. In a culture where women had little voice or power, God was already working through them to shape history. Today, their stories remind us that women are not “less than” in God’s design. Instead, we are connected, influential, and chosen to carry out His purposes.
