This passage can reframe the way you live your life.  So many of us are defined by fear of death...but that is not the truest thing about us.  

When we talk about the gospel...we are talking about GOOD NEWS. But why is it good news?  This passage helps us truly understand the beauty of the cross and Chrsts sacrifice for us.

What a crazy thought...that Sorrow is good.  So many of us are avoiding the pain that is all around us, but what if we embrace the sorrow?  What could that teach us about depending on the Lord?

This passage puts on display the beauty and sacrifice of the cross...but will we live in light of it?  Will we take seriously what Paul is explaining to us?

Relationship with God is a beautiful journey where we make plans and ask God to direct us.  But do we love our plans more than we love God?
