This week's show is all about the violent protests taking place right now in Iran. Gen Ernie Audino and our special guests will be dissecting why the protests are happening, why the US should care, and who would take over if the current hardline regime is overthrown.
Special Guest #1 - Nader Parsia, F14 pilot-in-training for the Shah of Iran. Was in the US for flight training in 1979...and then the ayatollah seized power. He then was recruited to participate in the little-known Nojeh Coup mission to depose the ayatollah Khomeini. He was one of the few to survive and escape the country.
Special Guest #2 - Cameron Khansarania, VP for National Union For Democracy in Iran. He is a close associate of Reza Pahlavi, Crown Prince of Iran, (and son of the late Shah of Iran). If the Islamic Republic of Iran falls, the crowds are demanding he return to lead the country.
