On a chilly December morning in 1977, Mary Elizabeth Stuart packed up her two young children for a busy day of errands in nearby Eureka, California. But Mary and her daughters would never make it home. It's been 46 years since that mysterious day and as the case grows cold, it leaves behind only more burning questions and a smokescreen of distraction and deceit.
