In chapter 8, we read of the consecration of Aaron and his sons and in chapter 9, Aaron offers sacrifices. In chapter 10, Nadab and Abihu sin against God which results in something not so shocking at the time then in chapter 11, the laws about animals for food is shared.

Leviticus chapter 5 addresses the law of guilt offending and in chapter 6, guilt offerings are expanded more on while continuing from chapter 6-7, we are explained the priest’s part in the offerings.

Leviticus chapters 1-3 introduce and explains to us these three offerings from the Israelites as instructed by God: the law of burnt offerings, grain offerings, and peace offerings while chapter talks about the law of sin offerings. Chapter 39 we’re reading how the garments for Aaron and his sons whom are to be priests are made, concluding in chapter 40 with the set up of the Tabernacle!

In chapter 35, there was a call for offerings to build the Tabernacle to which the people responded leading to and overflow of materials in chapter 36. Listen and find out what happens after!

From chapters 32-34, you, I, and Abraham are met with the Israelites while still in the wilderness, worshipping a molten calf image while Abraham is concluding his meeting with God on the mountain which upon his return led to the smashing of the tablets.

Chapter 29 speaks on how to consecrate the priests chosen by God, the elements of the incense altar in chapter 30, and Spirit-filled craftsmen in chapter 31 for the construction of all these things for God’s glory.

From chapters 26-28, God is giving Moses instructions on building the tabernacle, the altar, its courtyard, matters regarding the kohanim/kohen (priests/priest).

The ordinances regarding covenants is continued up until chapter 23 when we’re met with Moses giving the children all the Lord had told him to which they responded “we will do” and for 40 days-40 nights, Moses met with God as ordered by God.
