The Squats aren’t back but GW sure is throwing all those old fans a bone with their upcoming Age of Sigmar release. Adepticon is on the horizon too, expect a lot of coverage on the FTN facebook and from @warmaster_tpm on twitter.
Hey guys,
We go super fanboy over the news coming out of GAMA this week. We touch mostly on GW stuff but we also mention the cool new Song of Fire and Ice battle game from Cool Mini or Not.
Games Workshop unveiled two new upcoming boxed games this week, Shadow War: Armageddon for 40k and Warhammer: Shadespire for Age of Sigmar. I think we called it Shadowspire in the show so please forgive us.
Shadespire is said to be focused on matched play and organized play. Color me interested… I can’t wait to hear more about these products. We talk just a little bit about the new dwarf faction for AoS too. Man… this has been a good week.
The Finishing Moves segment is sponsored by Frontline Gaming. They just launched their new robot themed table mats and terrain. These look amazing together. Please check them out, even if you already have a game mat. Their new styles are very impressive. It’s neat having FLG on this week to talk about this themselves.
The hobby segment this week is about getting some unique looks on metallics. You can use shades and washes to completely change the tint of silvers almost like magic.. or alchemy.. In any case, it can really help some of your character models or line troops to stand out from the rest when you create a unique color for them.

Forge the Narrative is mostly a Warhammer 40k Podcast. Each episode is about an hour long. This ideally gives you something neat to listen to on your way to work, or on the way back home. Maybe you can even listen while you are painting or modeling!
