James Welburn from The TV School presents Behind the scenes of "Sound Art: Longyearbyen, life at the edge of industry and wilderness".
Can lived experience shape the way we design sound — and what happens when that process involves the body, memory, and place? James Welburn explores how immersion, experimentation, and embodied listening can lead to authentic soundscapes — with ideas relevant to purely audio-based works as well as film, games, and audiovisual art.
The session is in English.
