Welcome Back Everyone to Another Episode of Fuego's Honest Podcast!  I have a question for you all, How important is Emotional Intelligence to you? Throughout my life thus far, I have came across many emotions, some that were hurtful, others that brought me joy. One day I had enough of being controlled by my environment, ( which includes, people, certain natural events, and even waking up) and wondered would their be a way to either control myself in these emotions, or not let them create a reaction that could negatively effect my life, career, relationships. By taking a chance on myself and learning about Emotional Intelligence, I have been able to accept my environment, understand why I react to other individuals actions, and realizing the emotional habits created from childhood.  In this Two Part Series I break down What Emotional Intelligence is and steps we can all take to begin our Journey.
