Tim shares his story of how he founded the organization after the disappearance of his daughter in 1984. He talks about how he made a promise to God and his daughter that he would never leave a family alone and would do everything he could to help find missing persons. Texas EquuSearch has organized search and recovery efforts in 42 states and 11 different countries. Texas EquuSearch has had hundreds of thousands of volunteers, and people have come from all over the world to help with their searches. Texas EquuSearch utilizes volunteers with various skill sets, such as horseback riding, ATV operation, and diving, to conduct searches in different terrains and environments.

Texas EquuSearch has also been involved in numerous high-profile cases, such as the search for Natalee Holloway in Aruba, and the search for Caylee Anthony in Florida. The organization also works to provide support and resources for families of missing persons, they also provide emotional support and counseling. Tim also explains the emotional journey while leading Texas EquuSearch and watching the positive impact provided to families. Something that Tim is known for and admired is his relentless determination to every case, even at the age of 76.

Tim also speaks about how Moffitt helped him during the search for the Sylvester children in Pasadena, Texas, providing fuel trucks and financial assistance. He describes his close relationship with Moffitt's founder, Roy Moffitt, and how the company has continued to support Texas EquuSearch.

On this episode of "Fuel Disclosure," Moffitt is honored to have Lindsey Rodgers, the Co-Founder of Boots for Troops, as a guest. Boots for Troops is a non-profit organization that supports deployed service members. Lindsey talks about how she met her husband Jimmy Rodgers, who joined the US Navy in 2011 and served for six years. During his deployment, Jimmy saw that some service members did not have the support system they needed, which inspired him to launch a GoFundMe page to start Boots for Troops. Since its inception, Boots for Troops has sent over 18,000 care packages to deployed military members and has expanded its reach through other programs.

Boots for Troops' primary program is a Care Package Program that sends packages to deployed service members with items such as snacks, toiletries, and other comforts from home. The organization also has a Travel Program that provides free flights to service members and their families who are traveling for important life events, such as weddings or funerals. Additionally, Boots for Troops has a Transition Program that helps service members transition to civilian life by providing job opportunities, networking events, and financial assistance.

Another program that Boots for Troops offers is the "Troop Ticket Donation Program," which provides tickets to sporting events, concerts, and other entertainment to active duty military members and veterans. The organization also hosts an annual "Concert in the Country" event, which features live music, food, and fun activities, and raises funds for the organization's programs. In addition, Boots for Troops offers a "Homecoming Heroes Program," which provides welcome home packages to military members returning from deployment.

Fred grew up in Cypress, Texas, where his mother worked for Moffitt Services. While growing up, he spend a lot of his time with the Moffitt family and learned to rope at a young age. Fred talks about his experiences in rodeo, from growing up with horses, to winning his first gold buckle at age 23, to becoming 8 time World Champion. Fred also discusses the importance of hard work and perseverance, regardless of one’s background.
