Hola amigos de #hive y #swc hoy voy compartirles un video que cree a base de IA que trata de que es la calistenia y el street lifting y sus métodos de entrenamiento, La calistenia es un sistema de entrenamiento con ejercicios físicos que se realizan con el propio peso corporal. En su concepto más puro la calistenia se practica sin cargas adicionales. El propio cuerpo del deportista es el que ejerce como resistencia trabajando así tanto la fuerza como la capacidad cardiovascular. Se trata de uno de los deportes más divertidos, técnicos y completos que existen y su nombre se debe al origen griego. La palabra proviene de los términos Kallos (belleza) y Sthenos (fortaleza). Su objetivo no es otro que el de unir estas dos palabras para trabajar de la mejor forma posible la belleza del cuerpo en movimiento. La búsqueda de esta armonía hace de la calistenia uno de las disciplinas más técnicas en el mundo del fitness. La precisión y la coordinación en cada movimiento son fundamentales para aumentar la dificultad de los ejercicios y evitar la aparición de inoportunas lesiones. La calistenia es perfecta para trabajar además de la fuerza física, la flexibilidad, la agilidad y la coordinación. Una disciplina deportiva que te permite unir cuerpo y mente de una forma muy especial. Durante años se ha practicado de forma autónoma y en parques de calistenia, pero cada vez son más los gimnasios que también adaptan sus instalaciones a esta creciente modalidad. Cuales son los ejercicios Básicos de la calistenia, los verás a continuación: Dominadas:

Musculos Implicados: Pecho, Deltoides y tríceps, Ahora bien, ya conoces lo que es la calistenia y sus ejercicios básicos ya aprendido esto vamos al siguiente punto. A continuación te mostraré las metodologías que existen (street lifting) muy bien explicadas para que puedas aplicarlo en tu rutina: Entrenamiento con Lastre o Peso añadido (intermedios-avanzados) Ahora si, en este apartado hablaremos del street lifting (calistenia con peso): En el Street Lifting la ejecución de los ejercicios se realiza colocando un cinturón de lastre sobre la cadera e introduciendo discos o kettlebells en una cadena o cuerda para escalada. Todo ello, con el fin de realizar el movimiento con más fuerza. Actualmente, los streetlifters se dividen en dos categorías, la primera de ellas consiste en llegar al máximo de repeticiones con un mismo peso y, en segundo lugar, lograr ejecutar un levantamiento con el máximo peso posible (1RM). Aunque se enmarque dentro de una modalidad de fuerza del street workout, a mí parecer, no es lo mismo por la sencilla razón de que las condiciones que se necesitan para poder realizarlo no son las más cómodas. Por ejemplo, no se puede entrenar siempre en la calle y necesitas, por tanto, disponer de un gimnasio o de un lugar con los materiales necesarios para poder realizarlo. Algunos de los principales motivos por los que se debería entrenar fuerza con ejercicios multiarticulares son los siguientes: te ayuda a conseguir ganancia de masa muscular, higiene postural, coordinación intermuscular, favorece la prevención de lesiones, mejora estética y la condición física. Además, aumenta la autoestima, reduce el estrés y refuerza el autocontrol sobre las adicciones.

Creo firmemente que todos estos motivos son suficientes para querer aplicar esta modalidad en tus entrenamientos.Ya Conoces las distintos tipos de entrenamiento en calistenia y street lifting ahora voy pasar explicando en formato de ezquema como aplicar los ejercicios y las cargas a lo largo del tiempo:Existen una metodología llamada mesociclos, te preguntarás que son los mesociclos?, bueno básicamente es bloques de entrenamiento compuestos de microciclos (3 a 6 semanas) en este caso son 6 a 7 semanas de trabajo para un objetivo en concreto. A continuación mostraré los cuadros más abajo en la imágenes que te dejo, en donde explico el tema de los mesociclos con el ejercicio de dominadas: Tomaremos como ejemplo las Dominadas, en este caso aplicamos aumentar 1 repetición cada semana para así llegar al objetivo de 10 repeticiones partiendo desde 5 repeticiones:

Esto sería en el caso de un principiante que aplicaría este método de aumentar las repeticiones, porque hay que crear una base sólida para después pasar al peso añadido que lo veremos más adelante, este método es aplicable también para atletas que su objetivo es aumentar series y repeticiones en el menor tiempo posible para nivel de competición. Ahora hablaremos de el lastre o la calistenia con peso añadido en dominadas: Aquí no aumentamos las repeticiones si no que aumentamos 5 kg cada semana al ejercicio, para llegar a un peso total de 30 kg partiendo desde 10 kg. Una cosa importante es que este método no es solamente aplicable en calistenia sino que también es aplicable para ejercicios comunes del gimnasio como press de banca, peso muerto o sentadilla, aplicando el mismo principio explicado en cuadro, se obtiene los mismos resultados de aumento de fuerza. Existe otro método de entrenamiento que es aplicando cargas con asistencia de bandas elasticas de nuevo, tomaremos el ejemplo de dominadas para explicar este método, es parecido al caso anterior pero con la diferencia de que este caso es asistencia es decir, ayuda en el ejercicio para poder ejecutarlo. En este caso la Presion de la banda elástica la vamos a ir disminuyendo para que cada vez nos asista menos el ejercicio y podamos llegar al objetivo de hacer el ejercicio de manera libre.

Como podrás ver en el cuadro que te dejo abajo en la descripción del post, te mostré mi planificación actual, en donde hago aplico una intersemana en donde hago una semana de dominadas y la siguiente de press de banca y así sucesivamente, por que lo hago así? Pues por la sencilla razón de que esta manera me siento más cómodo y al realizar la primera semana de dominadas, el poder darle descanso al trabajar el área contraria que es el press de banca para luego la siguiente semana este aún más fuerte ya que deje descansar ese ejercicio en concreto, te invito a que pruebes este método, es un método personal diseñado por mi pero, posiblemente a ti te pueda funcionar igual que a mí. Para nadie es un secreto, que muchas veces que ciertos métodos de entrenamiento no les funcionan a todas las personas por igual, unas más que a otras, sin embargo voy a compartirte mi método personal para la ganancia de fuerza en un cabo de 10 semanas + de descarga intercalada y así sucesivamente, como objetivo personal me puse la meta de aumentar peso en mis dominadas con lastre partiendo desde 10 kg y a la fecha que escribo esto he llegado a los 35 kg de lastre por 5 repeticiones, y en press de banca partiendo desde 20 kg y hoy en día levanto 60 kg. Hola amigos de #hive y usuarios de #3speak, hoy voy a compartirles un video un tanto distinto, aqui no le muestro ninguna rutina ni nada por el estilo, esta vez, les traigo un video de motivación y disciplina, titulado si te sientes debil solo hazte fuerte, dsta idea surgió por temas de que a veces buscamos ser mas fuertes y sentimos que no sabemos cual es la froma3de hacerse fuerte, pero la respuesta de esta frase es clara si ya no quieres see debil debes tomar accion sobre ello, asi de simple no hay otra salida u opcion mas que esa, poner el trabajo duro en práctica esa es al solución esforzarnos, seguir creando, aprendiendo siendo humildes, aunque sepamos mucho, al final de igual manera siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender asi ya tengamos ciertos conocimientos y eso, el ser humildes oara seguir creando y aprendiendo con mente positiva es lo que nos hace fuertes.

Hola hola Amigos de #hive, #swc y usuarios de #3speak aqui les traigo un video de mi entrenamento de hoy de parada de mano y balance en general, lo que fue hae 2 días estaba sufriendo de fiebre alta o dolor corporal que me imposibilitó incluso entrenar y poder dar mis entrenamientos a mis clientes en el gym tuve que guardar reposo absoluto, per ya hoy gracias a Dios pude sentirme mejor y poder grabar este contenido para ustedes, ya que en la mañana de hoy estaba muy lluvioso, mis clientes de la mañana no asistieron al gym, por tanto aproveché ese momento libre para poder entrenar de manera cómoda y aprovechando que el gym estaba solo para poder hacer mi entrenamientos de mbera cómoda, hoy entrené poco ya que anteriormente dije que venía de un fiebre y malestar y aun me etoy recuperando y an ando en eso, pero como tengo espíritu de guerrero pues me recupero rápido de las caídas como siempre lo he hecho.

Hola amigos de #hive y #swc y usuarios de 3speak, quiero traerles auqi un vídeo recopilatorio de mis ultimos entrenamientos en lo que he estado trabajando últimamente y cuáles han sido mis enfoques, justo ahora sufro de unas molestias en los hombros que pronto voy tratar en cuanto tenga el presupuesto para hacerme la rehabilitación lo más pronto posible, pero eso no me hace dejar de entrenar al contrario pero hay ciertas cosas que se me limitan a causa del dolor constante que hay en las articulaciones de mis hombros, como pueden ver en el video zestoy enfocado en varios puntos, dominadas lastradas, hipertrófia muscular, muscle ups lastrados, el tema del balance en parada de manos y front lever, esos son mis enfoques en los que he estado trabajando a loblargo de estos ultimos 2 meses de entrenamiento constante y disciplinado.

Hola amigos de #hive y usuarios de #3speak, primero empezaré explicando que es la calistenia y de que estaremos hablando hoy. La calistenia es una disciplina deportiva la cual se hace actividad física con tu propio peso corporal sin equipamiento extra o pesas tradicionales, es una rama de la gimnasia, y esta a su vez consta de tres areas principales, ejercicios básicos de repeticiones, Trucos, habilidades, acrobacias etc, y por ultimo esta el Street lifting que es básicamente ejercicios básicos de calistenia con peso añadido (lastre). En estw caso no iremos al apartado de trucos y habilidades, específicamente habilidades que requieren fuerza de empuje horizontal y vertical, estamos hablando de la parada de manos tanto los aguantes como sus variantes a un brazo, push ups etc. esta serie de información se distribuirá en varias parte esto es solo el comienzo; voy a compartirles unos consejos para el pino y fuerza de hombros, es algo que he ido probando desde hace algunos días y creo que es un contenido de valor que debería ser compartido, consiste en básicamente en el caso de pino o parada de manos, hacer intentos de pino en la pared por un tiempo para irnos adaptando a la posición vertical, ahora si ya somos capaces de aguantar un 30 segundos en pino en la pared para empezarlo a hacer de manera libre, la primera opción que yo recomiendo es hacer el pino en suelo antes que en miniparalelas ya que es menos complicado y es más adaptable si no cuentas con unas miniparalelas, asi qué empezar los intentos de pino libre será lo mejor, ahora vamos con la parte de ejercicios y fortalecimiento de hombros, si eres principiante deberías ser capaz de hacer unas 20 flexiones de manera correcta, 10 fondos en paralelas, si cuentas con estos ejercicios perfecto, ahora en el caso que no cuentes con un gimnasio, busques la manera de crearte tu propias pesas ya sean de cementos o las pidas por alguna tienda virtual, o también tienes la opción de hacer ejercicios de empuje de calistenia como la pike push ups, handstand push ups, lean planche push ups etc, o también esta la opción de agregar peso a los ejercicios básicos como fondos y flexiones progresivamente sin sobrecargar demasiado, esto en conjunto con intentos de paradas de manos sumados a los entrenamientos de fortalecimiento serás capaz de mejorar en tu fuerza de hombros y en tu parada de manos o en tu plancha soy @fuerza-sw nos vemos.

Hola amigos de #hive y #swc espero todos esten muy bien el dis de hoy quiero compartirles lo que fue mi entrenamiento de calistenia lastrada espero les guste, Procedí a levantarme a las 5 a.m. para preparar mi desayuno lo cual fue pan tostado con huevo frito y un café, luego tome un baño y me estaba alistando para ir a mi lugar de trabajo en el One More Gym, llegue allá las 7 a.m. y empecé mis asesoramientos personalizados matutinos que obtuvieron una duración de 1 hora de entrenamiento, ya culminados mi asesorías dije quw iba a hacer mi rutina de hoy la cual consistió en entrenamiento de calistenia lastrado, comencé con lo normal, un buen calentamiento y acondicionamiento físico antes de empezar con el entrenamiento serio. La rutina consistió en 3 series de 5 repeticiones de dominadas con agarre prono con 20 kilogramos de lastre, 3 series de 5 repeticiones de dominadas con agarre supino con 20 kilogramos de lastre; por último hice unas series de curl de bíceps 12.5 kg en cada mano a rangos de 5 a 8 repeticiones, esta rutina la trabaje en base aplicando el RIR (las repeticiones que te quedan en reserva antes de llegar al fallo) por tanto trabaje a un RIR 3 en cada serie de ejercicios.

SWC Challenge es una dinámica que se desarrollará con la finalidad de incentivar la creación de contenido desde una perspectiva competitiva, sana y entretenida. Estas iniciativas buscan incentivar, entre los atletas de SWC, la diversificación y el dinamismo en la creación de contenido en sus blogs. En esta oportunidad damos inicio a la puesta en marcha de este tercer reto. Max Pull Up Hold es el tercer Reto de SWC; el cual consiste en realizar, en máximo aguante, una dominada isométrica.Max Pull Up Hold es una dominada estática, pasando el mentón por encima de la barra y aguantar el máximo tiempo que sea posible. Este movimiento involucra fuerza, resistencia y equilibrio. Para lograr superar el tiempo del monitor, Stiffen Paternina (@stypaternina), quien duró 1:30 segundos ejecutando un máximo aguante en dominada isométrica, ¿Quién ganará el reto? El reto lo ganará quienes logren mejorar la marca del tiempo de la ejecución de nuestro monitor; es decir, quienes logren los 3 mejores tiempos de ejecución.

El monitor de este 3° reto es el atleta Stiffen Paternina (@stypaternina), quien ejecutó un máximo aguante en una dominada isométrica logrando un tiempo récord de 1:30 segundos. El objetivo de este reto es mejorar la marca que el atleta Stiffen Parternina logró realizar.

Procedí hacer el reto en un parque solitario que queda cerca de mi hogar cruzando la calle el pasado 14 de Julio que fue un día miércoles fue que realize este reto alrededor de las 5 p.m., ese día me tco hacer freestyle y dinámicos pero aproveche de realizar el reto de una vez, al terminar la sesión del max pull ups hold descanse alrededor de 6 minutos para luego proceder a mi entrenamiento normal y habitual de siempre que era de dinámicos, de regreso a casa me agarro la lluvia en el camino lamentablemente me moje y llegue a mi hogar empapado de agua, pero se logro el cometido que era un entrenamiento efectivo.

Hola amigos de #hive y usuarios de #3speak quiero compartirles lo que fue mi entrenamiento Mañanero del dia de hoy, me desperté alrededor de las 6:00 a 6:30 am para prepararme un café con sal que es un preentreno muy efectivo para dar energías para el entrenamiento y la actividad física en general, salí de mi casa a las 7:00 am a unas barras que quedan justo en la avenida intercomunal Turmero - Maracay y procedí a irme a pie hacia esas barras; llegué y empecé mi calentamiento habitual antes de cada entrenamiento empecé primero con unos combos de tensión como el front lever, victorian en paralelas, back lever + press. Luego de terminar los combos de tensión hago progresiones del estático que estoy trabajando en este caso fue el front lever así que hice half de front lever, tucked advance front lever con agarre supino,

tucked front lever con dominadas y por último dominadas australianas con agarre prono, después que termine mi rutina fui de regreso a mi casa a desayunar y a bañarme y a descansar, espero les haya gustado mi post.
