In this episode Shannan interviews Alfredo as he shares his journey of coming to America from Mexico to fulfill his dream of becoming a bodybuilder and having hopes of breaking into the world of fitness. About Alfredo Zapata:

Alfredo is a passionate nutritionist, fitness coach, speaker, and author. Hailing from Mexico, Alfredo brings over 30 years of expertise to his holistic approach to well-being. With his program, "Connect Mind and Body," he has dedicated his life to understanding the intricate connection between physical and mental performance. Alfredo's journey has taken him from working with executives at renowned companies like FOX and Platinum Studios to collaborating with Francesco son of the famous actor Anthony Quinn, professional athletes and entrepreneurs across Latin America, Europe, and the USA. But Alfredo's journey was not easy all the time. Growing up as the only child of a single mother back in the 60s in Mexico City took him to start feeling awkward even with the love of uncles, and grandparents who lived in the same small house, especially at school and family events because not having a dad triggered him to start finding a way to feel safe and physical activity provided him a great sense of control and security, later on, his practice of martial arts, bodybuilding and obtaining a degree in nutrition open the door for a new chapter in his life, aside of that his desperate need for validation took him to start socially drinking frequently even during his schooling days and beyond but his unstoppable desire to be somebody and resilience and determination helped to discover his identity, so desired that he wanted to visit a friend in the United States, he heads to the border and something tragical happens, his passport was unexpectedly canceled at the border, presenting a new challenge against his dream. Undeterred, he made the radical decision to cross the border this time illegally and that's when everything started to reveal his character because the change of environment in a different country didn't affect the vice that he carried, suddenly a magical moment occurred after a year of turbulence he made a radical decision, he quit drinking cold turkey while living in his car. This transformative choice set him on a path of self-discovery and personal growth and success.

Jolie had a childhood of molestation from the age of 5-8 years old that robbed her of her innocence. By the age of 22 years old she was a mother to 4 children and later in life had 2 failed marriages. In this episode Shannan talks with Kamala about how her time of stillness came when she practiced celibacy from March 2015 to November 2017. Kamala came to realize that the reckless life she was leading with sex addiction was putting her and her children in the middle of danger and she was no longer going to live that lifestyle anymore. Kamala's story is very touching and will open your eyes to sex addiction.

She often takes the time to spread positivity through God's word, her truth, love, and personalized tumblers, including womens empowerment and church events. In this episode Shannan interviews Susanne who talks about her childhood and how she was brought to her stillness as she grew up with parents that fought constantly. Susanne lived a very unstable life as her and her siblings where tossed in and out of the foster system at her parents convenience. Susanne's has personal advice to parents and to those that are wanting to have children. You will not want to miss this episode.

I have worked in many different professions. I have worked in health, wellness, coach and ergonomics specialist. I have also worked with design and interior design and artists. I have always liked to challenge myself and develop- Studied Personal Development for many years and have read personal development at an advanced level. A training session with Bob Proctor, TIR and others. Personal development has followed me for many years and is used in all my professions. In my company, I want people to understand how magical they are, how important it is to love yourself and have a deep relationship with yourself and find joy and happiness in life. 

I have  a great desire for all children to grow up in a welcoming home and flourish in their lives by having good role models who can show the way to success in all areas of life, in happiness, joy and harmony. 

My stillness is that I understand that everything is within me and that it is I who make all the decisions in life. I understand that everything is infinite. I listen to my body, feel what it needs and let it express itself. Everything is okay!

I live with my husband in southern Sweden. I have two adult children and two grandchildren, my little princesses.

My place in the world is to reach out with the film about knowledge of children's rights in society.

"Why do you want me?" I want mine and other people to be able to express themselves so that we get a different perspective on why we have children who are our future. What conditions do they have? I want to help people. It all starts with you. 

My dream is to let part of the film proceeds  go to sponsoring young adults to study personal development and parents, so it can show the way for the children to live abundantly in all areas of life.

In this episode Shannan interviews Danica as she talks about how her children's father is taken away from them due to gun violence and she is then left to raise them alone. If that is not enough, she is faced to fight against CPS to get her granddaughter back which tests her strength. What really brought Danica to her stillness was when she was arrested and placed in incarceration for 90 days under a 80,000.00 bale bond. It was at the at time that changed her life forever and through her stillness was guided to become the person she is today.
