In this 15th episode we welcome the fabulous Carol Hesssion into the studio. Carol is a Feng Shui Consultant based in Chesterfield UK and has many years professional experience. As well as talking about her own spiritual development and path, Carol gives us a fascinating insight into the principles of Feng Shui and gives us some great hint and tips of how we can Feng Shui the home and our own lives.

We were so lucky to record this episode with Darren from Congeries of Sound. Darren made us feel very welcome. After taking about his own awakening and journey of self discovery, Darren told us all about how he found his path to working with sound therapy. We were blessed to be treated to a sound bath. We really enjoyed recording this episode out on location, deep in one of Julie's favourites forests. We learn about the history, the many terms of yoga, the poses, different techniques and the benefits that yoga brings. Julie also treats us to a short demonstration of seated yoga.
