Welcome to the third and final installment of our concise study into Zachariah's life of fear, self-doubt, and triumph. Today's show will reveal the humanity and curiosity of Zachariah by submerging ourselves into his thoughts which in conclusion is no different from how we would respond in that same situation.
Our story picks up from Luke 1 vs. 18-23.
18 Zechariah asked the Angel, "How can I be sure of this? I am an old man, and my wife is well along in years."
19 The Angel said to him, "I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to tell you this good news. 20 And now you will be silent and not able to speak until the day this happens because you did not believe my words, which will come true at their appointed time."
23 When his time of service was completed, he returned home. 24 After this, his wife Elizabeth became pregnant and for five months remained in seclusion. 25 "The Lord has done this for me," she said. "In these days, he has shown his favor and taken away my disgrace among the people."
Here doubt introduces itself to Zachariah, even after been assured by an angel of the Lord on becoming a father. Doubt still found an opportunity to sneak into Zachariah's consciousness, showing a harsh contrast on how easy that can happen to us as well after witnessing God's favor in opening unexcepted possibilities.
However, God has always provided a problem-solving solution throughout his instruction manual in the form of what we here at the Fulljoy studio calls the I Can, I am, and Is there. Meaning, we will proclaim to our conscious mind that yes, I can do all things, yes, I am more than a conqueror, and also yes, is there anything too hard for God? Moreover, we recognize that the answer to that question is no; there is nothing too hard for our God.
Here is a perfect chance right this minute to proclaim those promises over our life to witness God's super-natural breakthrough. Proclaim that:
- I can do all things
-I am more than a conqueror
-Is there anything too hard for God?
Stop talking yourself out of God's blessings for your life because there is life in our words that can produce results, either positive or negative. Notice how the Angel had to silence Zachariah until he beholds God's spoken miracle due to his doubt and little faith.
God fulfilled his promise to Zachariah and Elizabeth at the appointed time while they stayed the course onward in faith and action. Elizabeth is now pregnant with a baby boy named John. John is called great, and the Angel of God says John has a great purpose to fulfill.

Our last show mentioned that even when we focus on living a righteous lifestyle, the challenge will lurk on possibly devouring us as we followed the life of Elizabeth and Zachariah.
We'll pick up from where we left off and plunge more inward for life lessons and the opportunity to learn from history.
Here is the second half of our Power Word. Luke 1 v10-17
10 And when the time for the burning of incense came, all the assembled worshipers were praying outside.
11 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. 12 When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. 13 But the angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. 14 He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, 15 for he will be great in the sight of the Lord. He is never to take wine or other fermented drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit even before he is born. 16 He will bring back many of the people of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the parents to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous—to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."
Pray and stay the course while starving the urge to be overwhelmed by fear. Notice Zachariah's intentionality to seek counsel from God through prayer, however even among an angel of the Lord, he became gripped with fear. God never intended for us to operate in fear; however, He prefers when we pray with accurate expectations, believing that He will bring forth victories in every sector of our lives. We are well aware that fear keeps us stuck in place, preventing us from living our lives by faith on the path to our purpose.

In today's episode, well, take some time to examine God's predestine favor over our life. All his blessings and reveal his prosperity intentions in our following upcoming episodes.
Let us introduce today's Power word. Luke 1 v5-23. We will cover verses 5 through 9 in today's show.
5 In the time of Herod king of Judea, there was a priest named Zechariah, who belonged to the priestly division of Abijah; his wife Elizabeth was also a descendant of Aaron. 6 Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord's commands and decrees blamelessly. 7 But they were childless because Elizabeth was not able to conceive, and they were both very old.
8 Once, when Zechariah's division was on duty, and he was serving as priest before God, 9 he was chosen by lot, according to the custom of the priesthood, to go into the temple of the Lord and burn incense.
Notice how even when we are intentional in following the righteous path. Life seems to present disappointments, similar to Zechariah and Elizabeth, who strived to observe God's commands and decrees, but the joy of being parents was impossible due to their inability to conceive.
Remain committed to endeavoring towards your purpose with God, who leads the way to our predestined future appointed with abundant blessings.

Our Mind Reset Quote:
Never forget that intelligence rules the world and ignorance carries the burden. Therefore, remove yourself as far as possible from ignorance and seek as far as possible to be intelligent. | Marcus Garvey
You are blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road revealed by God. The blessing will follow us when we follow in God's direction, striving with the best effort to discover His love towards us.
However, please stay alert because the enticing pleasures of this world can quickly shift us from our path; walk straight along the road he set even when it does not make sense. You are a forward thinker, and the enemy is hustling, seeking to cause chaos and uncertainty; therefore, our primary focal point as we journey through 2021 is to stay the course.
When we analyze the phrase "Stay the course," it's usually used in the context of combat or conflict, meaning to pursue a goal regardless of any obstacles or criticism.
Additionally, staying the course requires a certain amount of courage and endurance, and if you are motivated by being liked or need to be comfortable at all times, you will never release the faith needed to stay the course. Embrace the unbelievers and hold firm on faith in God which will elevate you to new levels.
Here's a simple 3 step formula that can be applied today for massive growth.
Nehemiah 8:10 NIV "Do not grieve for the joy of the Lord is your strength."
The Lord is my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him a habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2

A wise quote mentioned and encouraged consulting history for stable progression towards the future is profitable to those receptive to learning from history. Each lesson is a challenge in life, comes with a new lesson to uncover about ourselves along with the grace and favor of God's mighty hand securing through it all.
Think about the many situations or miscalculated decisons we have made that should have yielded a result of evil, disaster, or pain, but by God's mercy, we made it through. That signifies that each who trusts in the Lord has a substantial history with him. Furthermore, having a postured heart towards God leads to unmeasurable blessings and favor due to the desire to include Him voluntarily in our lives.
Here's our power word:
Genesis 24:40
He replied, 'The Lord, before whom I have walked faithfully, will send his angel with you and make your journey a success so that you can get a wife for my son from my clan and my father's family.
We are fully aware of Abrahams's biography on how he not only walk with God faithfully and trustworthy, but he Abraham was obedient to God, where he almost sacrifice his precious son Isaac.
Keep believing that God will protect you and make our purposeful journey a success.
Whatever you face, keep walking in faithfulness and be confident that He will do it again and make your journey a success.
Remember, you cannot heal until we allow ourselves permission to feel what you are feeling. Within this life, there is much beauty as much pain.

Here is a word that I have struggles embracing: contentment, which means a state of happiness or satisfaction.
For me, contentment looms as a fixed mindset because there is so much more we can achieve and receive in this life.
Why would you want to settle for less? It has always been a question I have asked myself.
However, after careful examination of one of our contributing author's lives, David introduces us to our F.T.D.C.R formula to a purposeful life. I discovered that contentment with God is far different from contentment with perishable commodities.
After David's anointed to be the next king of Israel, he spent years taking care of his Father's sheep. David could have thought, God, what am I doing stuck with a bunch of sheep? However, David knew that God was in control, so he just kept going to work with a good attitude, grateful for where he was. Because David was content in the shepherds' fields, David made it to the throne. He passed that test.
However, if you are not content with the season you are in, you will not be satisfied even if your dreams come to pass. Discontentment will follow you everywhere you go.
Here are our Power Words.
But godliness with contentment is great gain.
1 Timothy 6:6, NIV
Psalm 23:4
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Let's train our minds to be thankful and satisfied with where God has us right now. Over the noises or influences of our culture, selling the false narrative of acquiring more possessions produces contentment. Instead, see every moment as a gift from God to become more helpful than the previous day, reflecting on the growth you have made. God has a bright future for us.

Today you are on an extraordinary life journey; it is a new day with fresh opportunities to realign oneself towards our goals. Do not fall prey to the stories that life is not significant or purposeful. You are here to make a meaningful impact while on the mission of becoming the best version of yourself.
Here's our Power Word.
Mathew 9:17
Nor do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst, the wine will spill out, and the skins will be ruined. Instead, they pour new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved."
I want to share a small insert from a message I received a couple of months ago from a good friend that coincides with today's show.
"We know, and we are told as believers to always put God first in everything we do. We begin our day with prayer, with reading His word. How about, as believers, we take the challenge and take it a step further. Let us think of God first in our thoughts as we enter a different room/place/building, as we begin a new topic of conversation, as we begin to do each task at work/home, as we begin to think new thoughts. God is a new beginning, a fresh new beginning. Furthermore, how awesome it would be for God to know we think of him as often as we do when we are falling in love with that special someone. So I challenge us as believers to Fall in Love with God through new beginnings with Him every day."
You are a new individual through this transformational process of renewing our thoughts and activating desire towards God's purpose.

However, there is a must-know reason why most individuals experience a failure to launch into their impossible dreams challenge. It is usually due to the lack of focus on that one particular dream and committing to world-class mastery.
Furthermore, the miss conception is that if I'm undertaking multiple passions or desires with the hopes of success, then we are simply a jack of all trades but a master of none.
Remember that when a farmer plants a seed in the ground, he has limited control over the production result rate, but he controls the watering of that seed.
Here's today's Power word.
James 1:17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with no variation or shadow due to change.
It is the same with our dreams; we have the opportunity to plant our purpose seed in today's world with a strong belief that God will supply the result. We remain steadfast towards personal development and becoming our best self by mastering one gift at a time while navigating the locust's dream snatchers and bad-weather self doubters that seek to hinder us.
Do not stop believing in that dream; prioritize focusing on that idea while adding the main ingredients. Stay alert because there will be challenging times on this journey, but before being pulled into many unnecessary directions or contemplate giving up.
We have been inspired and encouraged to progress even when life seems to test us with all unusual challenges. Furthermore, a deeper understanding of this powerful word present by David has ignited a fire as to how we can walk with the authority of our God and represent him well.
David did just that in a bold but audacious way. He represents God with such confidence that the title A man after God's only heart was modeled towards his desire to atone and seek God's wisdom.
Power Word.
Psalm 37 1:7
Do not fret because of those who are evil
or be envious of those who do wrong;
2 for like the grass they will soon wither,
like green plants, they will soon die away.
3 Trust in the Lord and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart.
5 Commit your way to the Lord;
trust in him, and he will do this:
6 He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,
your vindication like the noonday sun.
7 Be still before the Lord
and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes.

If we knew that applying the FTDCR formula of fret not, trust in, delight in, commit your, and rest with as a daily affirmation and principle, you would witness incredible blessings, favor, and supernatural boldness to overcome anything.
We believe that each person possesses similar character traits as that of David, the author of today's power word. with the same fortitude to stand against whatever the lion, bear, or giant symbolizes in your life today.
David demonstrated that self-care is not selfish. Remember that David had a degrading job base on the opinions of others but most definitely not God.
We could see that David did not entertain or concern himself with other's opinions of him or his career, which explains why he started this letter with Fret not. We believe the only opinion that should concern you is that of God and those immediate family members who understand your vision. Furthermore, tending to the sheep was the best thing for Davids' mental, emotinal, physical, and spiritual growth. He had the opportunity to discover that his identity had no connection in being a shepherd boy; however, he had a higher purpose towards defeating giants and kingship.
Here is a question that I had to consider while recording this show.
Is our day-to-day schedule so involved to the point that there is no deliberate availability for God?
