Hopefully, we are not alone in this statement. Adulting is not easy; there is a variant of challenges that attempts to infiltrate our positive and productive radius each day. 

Furthermore, it is easy to fall prey to regression or unwarranted thoughts of oneself without careful consideration or observation. 

Today's show will lay out a concrete but straightforward blueprint to follow and apply when feeling the strains or roller coaster of life. 

Let us take a deeper dive into this blueprint right after this break.

Psalm 37:1-7

Let us start today's show with our power word.

Do not fret because of those who are evil

or be envious of those who do wrong;

Like the grass, they will soon wither; like green plants, they will soon die.

Trust in the Lord and do good;

dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

Take delight in the Lord,

and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Commit your way to the Lord;

trust in him, and he will do this:

He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn,

your vindication like the noonday sun.

Be still before the Lord

and wait patiently for him;

do not fret when people succeed in their ways,

when they carry out their wicked schemes.

This world that we currently occupy is such a beautiful place along with the individuals that call it home.  or as we have said before on previous episodes," it's a fabulous created world.  "

And within this fabulous created world are endless opportunities if you're intentional towards growth and development and also a conscious effort each day to protect your energy bank account.

Paying keen attention to our friendship circle is essential because toxicity, drama, gossip, or low emotional maturity are perfect recipes for disaster on the transformational journey.

Think about this: If they talk with you about others, then it is inevitable they will talk about you with those same individuals.

Here is our Power Word for today.

Proverbs 20:19 - He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.

1 Timothy 5:13 - And withal they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house; and not only idle, but tattlers also and busybodies, speaking things which they ought not.

I will go out a limb here and say many of our listeners have heard this "forgive and forget" phrase several times before. Which honestly is easier said than done.

We are fully aware that each individual both process and react to hurt differently, along with an understanding that physical, mental or emotional scars can leave profound triggers behind.

Furthermore, allowing one's scars of forgiveness to heal requires time and patience, similar to attending a physical injury.

For example, A individual nursing a broken limb needs to tend to and care for that injury until it fully heals while finding the strength to confront the incident that produced the injury and possibly build up enough courage to forgive for personal development and betterment.

Moreover, those scars could also display tremendous challenges towards forgiveness due to emotional and physical exertion thats required. Nevertheless, the pain of living with bitterness and unforgiveness can poison one's soul and destroy that person.

However, there is always hope towards the transformation of ourselves.  Each day you rise, it's another day to become the best version of yourself, and when we forgive others, we are not saying what they did was OK, but we are releasing them to God and letting go of its grasp on us. Forgiveness does not forget, but it does set free from bitterness and grudges.

Ephesians 4:31-32

31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. 32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.

Luke 6:37 "Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Again, we're not naive to how arduous this forgiveness journey will be; it requires a mind reset each day. However, we are confident that you can obtain the courage and leadership fortitude in leaning towards a forgive to a better mindset.

View your peaceful or secret times with God as empowering moments to refuel and gain strategies to conquer all challenges disguise themselves as impossible duties. 

We bring you evidence of the truth that God never has and will never give us more than our share, included with the knowledge that all things are possible with Him when we faith in Him. 

The reason why we can vividly encourage or voice such confidence in God comes down to a significant aspect of faith, and that is trust. 

Trusting in your heavenly father without viewing his tangible form requires maximum effort towards faith along with the confidence to believe God that nothing is impossible with Him.

What is the idea that once captivated your heart, that life's circumstances have since stifled?

Reflect on these questions because they will help realign us to revisit our goals, afterward commencing a course to discover our buried treasure of purpose and not falling prey to the storms of non-essential distractions.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not comman to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide a way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. ~ 1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV

There are nothing thats too hard for your heavenly Father, He has promised to take care of all the cannot or impossible dreams. With the Esteem in God's wisdom that He will bring us to salvation. 

What you believe determines what you see! 

Please, do not allow the stagnation of I cannot words; it is too late now, or even maybe it is best to settle can produce an attitude of giving up on our impossible dream.

In a previous episode, an introduction to a portion of Elijah's life was released. It revealed how even a great man of God like Elijah had experienced some form of fear.  

That episode also gave insights and hope that God will not forsake or abandon us even in the lowest moments of our life. 

For Elijah, God joined him at a Cave and communicated through a whisper.

Taking a moment to escape with God has to be deliberate due to the demands and hectic life tasks that seem to slip through the secret time's unions.

Noise is constantly slipping through the cracks of the quiet I long for.

I thrust myself into the delusive peace of TV binges and smartphone apps to no avail. Even in the silence, I hear it. To-do lists loom, notifications whip out onto screens with a snap, and the world tells me, "do more, be more, give more. More, more, more."

The loudness of expectation from a world begging for me to listen to the seductive songs of leisure and mediocrity has threatened to leave my nerves strung out and dry. I feel alone, withering away on the scorching asphalt of the demands of everyone and everything except the one I long to serve most—my Lord and my God.

It is only in his presence that I can hear my soul delicately whisper, "Shhhh, I am listening for the words of my Master."

The only antidote I have found to the barrage of solicitation and thirst for more is the familiar cushion of truth found in the scriptures.

We are proud of your steps thus far towards transformation and betterment of oneself. You've worked hard not to stay the same by combining dedication, commitment, and hard work on resharing our minds.

Now be warned because others will start viewing you as strange due to your commitment towards development. Outsiders will inquire why it is crucial to remain focused in these current times of uncertainty.

Stand and guard your goals and dreams; because you're created with a divine appointment, and if we remain focused on our purpose by deflecting the naysayer, we will meet keep all divine appointments.

1 Kings 19:11-23

"The LORD said, 'Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by.' Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave. Then a voice said to him, 'What are you doing here, Elijah?'"

In this passage, Elijah is in hiding. The threats from Jezabel swung over his future, and he ran for the hills, even after seeing God rain down fire and give victory when Elijah stood against the prophets of Baal.

In God's presence, the unhealthy thoughts and the shame that blinds us diminishes.

Within every human being is a longing desire to succeed, whether professional or personal. We are all hardwired with the passion for achieving and excelling.

With tools that have been endowed within to succeed at any challenge,

However, to fully grab hold of all that's in our toolbox of success, we will need to take a small step back and answer a few questions. These questions will help with a purposeful directional change towards our destiny; they will also help us understand our stuck point and steps to progress with clarity towards purpose.

In todays' culture, the word patience is gradually getting replaced with the word instant. Alternatively, even statements like this one: "let time be the master." is steadily progressing towards being a casualty of this fast-moving society. 

However, we will refuse to accept the tales.

Patience is such a vital aspect of life and our overall health and well-being. Furthermore, allowing time to be the master plays a significant role in enabling the positive efforts to reinvent ourselves to compound. 

We have become accustomed to replaying the narrative of I cannot start over or don't have enough time, which is a myth!

Strive not to concede the comforts of this culture; it limits our belief in becoming history makers.

I wonder how many of our listeners remember hearing this quote.

"Habits are easy to form but hard to break, but make sure the one's that you create you don't have to break."

It's undoubtedly easy to develop habits that are not productive or even a mental capacity of inactivity. Leaving your destiny or purpose to chance instead of believing that a small step of purposeful intentions to reshape your thinking can transform your entire future outlook.

Our power word demonstrates how God himself has promised to instruct and teach us, even when our outlook of life may seem tedious.

How pleasing it is to know that life will not automatically become easy or trouble-free once I've knowingly accepted God's help. However, He has now command responsibility to protect and guide me; now, you're still in complete control of your life and decisions with all transparency. You're not a robot.

From our power word to a small insert from C.S Lewis's book, we demonstrate that with God's inclusion within our everyday life, there's no need for us to try and please everyone. That he's created us with unique abilities, and we're able to reinvent ourselves in becoming the best version.

Please, set denounce bad habits and replace them with foundational principles. That will establish a standard for our future generations.
