Clark took a hard foul from Chennedy Clark during the Fever’s win over Chicago, and John dives into the lack of response from Clark’s teammates. He discusses the Fever’s struggles, and how they are not ready for the level of attention they have had this year.  

28:25 – 41:40 – JMV talks about the Evansville Purple Aces baseball team advancing to the Super Regionals! John answers a question from a listener about the Fever, and how much they have struggled this season.

43:56 – 1:11:17 – James Boyd of The Athletic joins the show, and he and John first discuss the Fever and their struggles, as well as the physicality she has experienced in her rookie season. They get into the outsized expectations for the Fever, and the lack of success for the franchise over the last several years. The conversation turns to the NFL, as it was announced that Vikings WR Justin Jefferson has signed a massive extension with the team. They talk some Pacers, and what we can look forward to this offseason.

Pat first talks about the difficulty in the Fever’s schedule, and how the league did the team no favors. They talk about why the league schedule things this way, and how the schedule looks going forward from here. Looking back at the incident between Clark and Carter, Pat gives his thoughts on how it was called, and how that affected the game.
