He then talks about the Indiana Hoosiers, and their astounding loss to Iowa last night, 90-68. He discusses if they were essentially “hungover” following their huge win over Purdue. He also gets into which version of IU will show up in March. He also talks the Pacers win over the Dallas Mavericks.

He gives his thoughts on what the team will do in the NFL Draft, as well as if his opinion on how a team should be built has changed after the rough season Indianapolis had. He discusses the play of the offensive line, and how he may have underestimated how important continuity is for that unit. He also gives some insight to his approach to free agency, and if that will change or stay the same.  

51:30 – 1:15:12 – John is joined by former Hoosier Dane Fife, who has many thoughts on IU’s disappointing blowout loss to Iowa last night. He thinks that the manner in which Indiana lost last night had a lot to do with the emotional hangover of the Purdue upset.  

1:15:13 – 1:28:51 – Kevin Bowen, host of Kevin & Query, sits down with John live from the combine! Kevin and John dive back into John’s conversation with Chris Ballard, and what they gathered from that as well as from Ballard’s comments to the media at the combine. Kevin and John also give their thoughts on if they think the Colts will move up in the draft, or if it is more likely that they will stay put.
