Jake and John then discuss the Colts reporting for training camp! Jake and Kevin spoke to Ryan Kelly and DeForest Buckner during their show this morning; Jake gives his thoughts on those conversations. John and Jake wrap up their conversation by reflecting on the passing of Ron Sexton.

He speaks to Bobby Nightengale Jr, who used to cover the Cincinnati Reds and now covers the Minnesota Twins, on the AL Central, as well as stories around the league as a whole. Bobby talks about what pieces the Twins, and other AL Central teams, might be interested in both acquiring and dealing prior to the trade deadline.  

1:55:23 – 2:03:14 – John keeps the show rolling by continuing the conversation on the Colts placing Taylor on the active/PUP list.  

2:03:15 – 2:13:19 – John speaks to Stephen Holder of ESPN about the Colts placing Jonathan Taylor on the active/PUP list unexpectedly. Stephen discusses if it’s possible that Ballard did not know this was going to happen when he spoke to the media earlier today. John and Stephen also talk about what Taylor might have to gain by doing this if this is contract related.
