(28:37-40:44) – JMV returns from break by recapping some of the points that he took away from his conversation with Jalen Smith and how he discovered what the Jack Harlow meal at KFC is.     

(40:44-51:30) – Hour number one concludes with JMV heading to the phone lines to receive a theory regarding DeAndre Ayton, whether or not he would like Myles Turner to thrive elsewhere, and        

(51:30-1:24:26) – Mike Wells of ESPN makes his weekly appearance on The Ride With JMV to break the news that he will no longer be writing for ESPN.com once his contract is over to teach journalism at IU, shares a story of Chris Ballard telling the entire media room prior to the NFL Draft about his departure, and wonders why Phoenix would be accepting of letting someone like Ayton go.

(1:24:26-1:34:48) – Following his conversation with Mike Wells, JMV teases the six-part podcast that Zak Keefer is releasing on Monday in regards to Andrew Luck, takes a call from a listener that made him cry, and why he doesn’t think Ayton will fit here in Indiana.

(1:34:48-1:38:58) – JMV closes out the second hour of the show by reading off some of the tweets, emails, and YouTube Live comments that have caught his eye.

(1:38:58-2:13:14) – JMV opens up the final hour of today’s show with CBS4/FOX59’s Mike Chappell by getting his thoughts on the Baker Mayfield trade that happened yesterday, what a former agent told him what kind of money he would command from the Colts for Quenton Nelson’s contract extension, and when he believes the T.Y. Hilton poster will come off Lucas Oil Stadium.

(2:13:14-2:22:03) – As we near the conclusion of today’s show, JMV discusses a prop from one of his favorite movies being up for auction and debates on whether or not he should purchase it. Plus shares a couple comments from listeners in regards to his Kinetico Water question of the day.
