He talks about Rick Carlisle’s decisions to not ride T.J McConnell, who was having a great game, and the struggles of Tyrese Haliburton. They talk about the officiating, which really cost the Pacers late.  

26:53 – 41:28 – Greg Rakestraw of the ISC Sports Network joins the show following the Pacers Game 1 loss to the Knicks. Greg and JMV talk about Tyrese Haliburton, who did not play well in the loss. They also talk about the officiating, which left a lot to be desired, especially in the waning moments of the game. Greg and John also discuss what adjustments the Pacers will make for Game 2.  

41:29 – 45:18 – JMV wraps up the first hour by taking a phone call from a listener! 

45:16 – 1:13:52 – Jeremiah Johnson of Bally Sports Indiana joins the show! Jeremiah and JMV first dive into the Pacers rotations, and if we will see a different mindset come Game 2. They also talk about the officiating, and how it affected Indiana in Game 1. Like everyone, Jeremiah can see Haliburton isn’t quite right; he and John discuss that.  

1:13:53 – 1:28:16 – Bob Kravitz of bobkravitz.com joins the show, and gives his thoughts on Pacers-Knicks! Bob and JMV talk about Tyrese Haliburton, and what the cause of his struggles might be. They discuss Myles Turner, and how he has elevated his play and his leadership during this playoff run.  

1:28:17 – 1:32:40 – JMV wraps up the 2nd hour of the show! 

1:32:41 – 2:02:47 – Alex Golden of Setting The Pace joins the show! Alex and John dive into the Pacers Game 1 loss to the Knicks. He and John discuss Tyrese Haliburton, and what he needs to do to improve his play. They discuss the officiating, and if the Pacers can blame the refs for the loss. They also look ahead to Game 2.
