    As funerals commence for the 15 victims of the Bondi terror attack, one of the men allegedly responsible for the shooting, Naveed Akram, has regained consciousness in hospital and is under police guard.     Just before 7pm on Sunday, two alleged gunmen, a father and son, attacked a Hanukah celebration on Bondi Beach in Sydney.
