Yoga. Possibly my biggest passion in life is my #yoga practice. I haven't mentioned it much yet and I asked myself why?! Especially after the conversation with DJ. Yoga is my jam. It is how I begin to connect to my body, accept it, and really love who I am from the inside out. 

In this life we eb and flow. And it is how we choose to be in each moment that shows up in and around our lives. In these times I have chosen to remain in the perspective that change is good. And yoga is good. It teaches me how to live and breathe in and out of life's every quickly changing moments.

It took me a bit to write this. I wasn't sure what to say. I am a believer, and I recognize not everyone is. I used to really not like those people that talked about their believes all the time. So, if that's you... this podcast isn't for you. This is ALL about my perspective on organized religion vs spirituality, living my life the way God wants me to, and living in the right now vs living in the later.

I want everyone to like me. And I also know these conversations may not be for everyone. My perspective may be different AND I hope it helps you gain some insight on what YOU believe. If you believe in God. And if you see that the universe He created is all by him.... and that we are not in control AND that God has your back.

Take what you want. Leave what you don't want. The light in me fully honors the light in you.

On the show, I literally say “wild peace, full, fierce.” ha… I still don’t got it right. She is wild, peaceful, and fierce. Exactly. I get it now ;)

Anyway. On today’s show Kathy shares her personal beautiful story and how she is proud of it. And she should be. It is a beautiful story. Kathy authentically opens up a bit more when I ask her too and I am so thankful. I am honestly more grateful that I have had the privilege to get to know her more.

Kathy describes what spirituality means to her and her perspective on religion and I super respect her space and take on spirituality is really about “connecting to your self, your highest self… connection”

The conversation comes full circle at the end to believing in your self worth. And as Heather stated, Kathy really empowers us to feel whole and worth.

At the end, she wants everyone to know that THEY ARE WORTHY. Kathy says “… what lights you up… what makes you feel the most you”
