You can not come out of thinking and discuss 'about' thinking. There is no one thinking. (when you say-‘I am thinking’, this itself is thinking and not the source of thinking)

‘I’ can refer to anything; can describe anything (‘I’ as subject and something or other as object). This is the process of thinking. Now ‘I’ comes under the illusion as if it is the source of thinking. Can you see that ‘I’ itself arises as a thought?

You have to feel settled, satisfied now in whatever situation you are. Even if it is extremely difficult situation, it is simply psychological discomfort-if it is not immediate physical danger. The error is that you want to remove, undo this discomfort, throw away this discomfort from your mind.

It is to find ‘you’ as you are-desiring, wanting, anxious, continuously adjusting with others or environment, being insulted or praised, being hit by unexplainable failures or successes, stuck up in the maze of choices, actions and consequences and so on. This ‘as you are’ is the end of ‘you’. This facing oneself ‘as it is’ is like an explosion. The new mind is born.

To see that we do not have control over our life, life situations, our own limitations, fragilities – is not to lose our power, but to instantly connect to the source of life. There is opening up to the limitless with this acknowledgment.

The fundamental issue before man is-how to deal with, when he faces something which he does not like, finds irritating or when he is face to face with uncertainty, which he is unable to cover up.

Man’s search is for stability, stable relief, stable pleasure and so on where he is not perturbed by losses, accidents, diseases, conflicts (inner and outer). Even when he searches for God, Enlightenment, he is searching for stability.

If you can come to this question – you are just close to the Truth. You will find it.

We want normal life as before Covid 19 as if it was a model life, perfect life. We forget that that life has led to Covid 19.

When the nervous system experiences this resistance, this pain – what you do, you try to throw the resistance out of you mind. There is no place to throw it.

Truth or God or Original is not knowledge. It is totality expressing from moment to moment-you and the world as a singular process-including what you like-dislike, fear or cherish. It is not knowing ‘what is’ that delivers but seeing ‘what is’ ‘as is’ without any escaping mechanism that connects you to the ground.

One who is interested in finding ‘what is True’ will not talk about God, ‘what God is’ but will inquire ‘why human beings have to bear pain and uncertainty’. He will encounter life directly ‘as it is’ and not run to comforting escapes to cover up his own uneasiness.

In this process, ‘what is True’ is revealed.
