The world craves your unique gifts. Get out of your own way. Whatever it is you have been passionate about doing, there comes a point at which you just have to trust God and wing it! You have more creative power than you’ve been giving yourself credit for. Let yourself work spontaneously, not so carefully. Keep in mind that done is better than perfect, so go for it! If you really want to make God happy, take your mental hands off the creative process and boldly share your talents and gifts. Thought interrupts flow. Enthusiasm is your call from within to fulfill the promise of your unique talents and gifts. On this episode, Darrell and Ed share how to remove the mental blocks that stifle creativity. And, during the second segment, creative artist Susan Sly motivates us to express ourselves unapologetically with today’s reading, “Breaking Free”.

“Everyone has a metaphysical theory, whether or not he or she is aware of it or even knows what metaphysics is. A person's metaphysical theory determines to a significant extent how that person experiences the world.”The thoughts and the images we hold in mind are creative; they shape divine substance and energy into manifestation. We exercise our imagination wisely by focusing on our heart's desires as if steering toward a compass point. We can use our imagination to help bring about success, healing, and the best outcomes. On this episode, Darrell and Ed broaden our understanding of metaphysics with guest Reverend Jim Gaither, author of “What Is Metaphysics?” . Today, during the second segment, Jim opens our minds to new inspiration with today’s reading, “Renewed”.

Reading by Joyce Kramer
I OPEN THE DOOR OF MY MIND TO GREATER UNDERSTANDING, DEEPER INSIGHT, AND NEW INSPIRATION.
Do you have an open mind? Or are you stuck in outdated mental and emotional patterns?
Life moves onward and upward, and we must move with it. If we haven’t changed our thoughts and feelings in the last year, we are making life unnecessarily difficult. Growth in understanding ourselves is essential to enjoying a more effective, Christ-like life, just as physical growth is necessary for a baby to mature into an adult.
Keep an open mind. Be willing to consider and examine fresh concepts. Do things in a different way. Try something new each day. Willingness to learn will assure you of growth, because God can speak to you through your open mind. The Spirit of God will inspire you, guide you, and fill your life with good.
Be renewed in the spirit of your mind. (Ephesians 4:23)
Writing by Rev Jim Gaither:
I use my imagination wisely and focus on success.
I use the power of imagination to bring ideas into being and to visualize answered prayers. When an inspired idea comes to me that I would like to create in my life, I use my mind to imagine what it would look like, how it would feel to achieve it, and the steps I will take to bring it about. I infuse my images with color, sound, aroma, and even taste. I see myself having achieved my goal.
The thoughts and the images I hold in mind are creative; they shape divine substance and energy into manifestation. I exercise my imagination wisely by focusing on my heart's desires as if steering toward a compass point. I use my imagination to help bring about success, healing, and the best outcomes.
Your imagination makes the conditions and experiences of your life and affairs. Our only limitation lies in the negative use of imagination. Imagination can be considered a rehearsal for the future scenarios of our life. What are you rehearsing? Our imagination is determined by where we put our trust. Are you trusting more in fear or in God? On this episode, Darrell and Ed share how a lively faith directs our imagination toward our heart’s desire. And during second segment, joining the show is affirmative imagineer Wayne Manning who sparks our imagination with today’s reading, “Charged Up!”

Let your Christ light shine! Don’t play small. Don’t let false modesty keep you from expressing the power within you. We serve no one by hiding our light. Appreciate your inner Christ. Thank God in advance for the inspiration, guidance, and especially the motivation to follow through. When we step out boldly and pursue our heart’s desire we inspire others to do the same. On this episode, Darrell and Ed remind listeners that it’s humble, not arrogant, to accept and express the power of God within us. And, during there second segment, the faith-fueled Fillmore Church founders Shad and Erinna Groverland inspire us all to trust God and go for it with today’s reading, “Free to Succeed”.

If you really want to enjoy a lifetime of success, experiencing the thrill of living miracle to miracle, simply remind yourself of the truth of who you are. Affirm it often: “I am a radiating presence of God’s good, an agent of God’s love.” To be aware of this is to remember your divinity. To live from this as you go throughout your day, makes all things new. On this episode, Darrell and Ed encourage listeners to be aware of their divinity as a radiating presence of God’s good. Do this and you’ll notice how effortlessly all your needs are being met. And, during the second segment, Metaphysical chef Nancy Norman gets us on a complaint-free diet that serves up blessings for dessert with today’s reading, “Your Are What You Speak”.

Praying to win is playing to win. Prayer can be defined as positive mind conditioning. Praying isn’t just the time we say a formal prayer. Prayer is what we are continuously saying, thinking, and feeling about ourselves, others, and our circumstances. Affirmative prayer is praying to win because we are conditioning our mind to correspond with the harmonizing Spirit of universe. Using prosperous words is the best investment you can make in your future. On this episode, Darrell and Ed highlight the power of prayer. We’re not just entitled to help. We’re entitled to miracles. And, during the second segment, Author Kirk Kjeldsen has cooked up something good in heaven’s kitchen with today’s reading, “A Miracle Makin’ Recipe”.

“Some guys have all the luck…Some guys do nothing but complain.” Those lyrics from a 1980’s pop song sum up spiritual Truth perfectly. Whatever we are complaining about, we are casting ourselves as the victim of that very thing. We are sending a negative message to our subconscious mind, telling it that we are a victim. When we do, the subconscious goes to work to make it so and we will encounter more to complain about. Remember: Gratitude is the Law of Increase. Complaint is the Law of Decrease. Knowing this to be true, let us commit to appreciating more and complaining less. On this episode, Darrell and Ed encourage listeners to start employing Saint Paul’s three-step system for success: “Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the these is love.” And, during the second segment, battle-tested optimist Bennett Tanton gets us to transmute the energy we’d expend on complaining into fuel for taking inspired action with today’s reading, “Pray to Win”.

Quit trying and let God’s grace and Divine order go to work for you. The word grace means favor. Grace flows to us without hindrance or limitation. The most effective method to overcome, prosper, and succeed is to let go and let God work in your affairs. The secret to success is to trust God and simply do the next indicated action. Alan Cohen states, “We do not need to feverishly hustle to make sure everything will turn out right. We attract all that turns out right by being at peace.” On this episode, Darrell and Ed remind listeners to relax. There’s no need to push, shove, or impress people in order to get what we want. And, during the second segment, tough and tender-hearted Terry McBride gets us to give up the fight with today’s reading, “Give Thanks. God’s Making The Arrangements.”

Author Herbert Otto states, “Change and growth take place when a person has risked himself and dares to become involved with experimenting with his own life.” It’s time to wake up from our habitual mental routine and realize that we get to decide the type of character we will play in each encounter throughout our day. So, let’s pay attention to the role we are casting ourselves in. Are we going to play the part of the grumbler, the complainer, the victim, and the villain, or the generous soul, the kind-hearted fellow, the agent of God’s love, the hero? On this episode, Darrell and Ed remind each other and listeners that we are writing the script of our lives scene by scene. So let’s be mindful of who we are in each encounter and notice the results. And, during the second segment, the celestial casting directors Ayesha and Mark Livingston prime us for the role of a lifetime with today’s reading, “A Great Role”.

"And greater works than these shall ye do." We need not be held back by doubt, despondency, and fear. A wonderful future lies before any person who depends on God's power, a future of unlimited power to do good works. We have been taught and we know very well that thought is creative. Knowing this, how could we at times be so thoughtless as to create a feeling of being powerless by thinking, "I can't'"? Thought is energy, thought is power. We have the authority in mind to decide to stop this misuse of thought energy, and switch the creative energy to thinking, "I can!" What a difference a thought makes! Now we are thinking in harmony with the forward, creative, constructive thrust of life. God always operates in the affirmative and on this episode, Darrell and Ed encourage listeners to tune into God power, the success current. And during the second segment, Unity Minister Wayne Manning gets us dancing the “I can!” can-can with today’s reading, “I can, praise God, I can!”
