It’s true, today could be your lucky day. There is no force outside of you that can determine what happens to you. But there is a very potent force inside you that sets the stage for every event you experience. Luck is not a capricious gift that whimsically falls into our lap; it is a force we activate with our thoughts, feelings, attitude, words, and actions, i.e. our faith. Real faith is acting as if your good is on its way even before you have evidence it is so. Get in the habit of giving thanks in advance, before you see the results. Faith is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it becomes, and the more power you have to bring your good into visibility. Anticipation energizes me and increases my joy.

Looking forward to a special event is an energizing feeling. Tending to details and doing the preparation work focuses my attention on the love and care I feel for those whose company I will share.

Today I will pay attention to this feeling and savor it. Rather than rushing through my preparations and wishing the event could happen sooner, I slow down and feel my excitement.

I feel grateful for this energizing and enlivening process. My awareness of my joy grows as my anticipation increases. I am fully alive in each moment, focused and present. Joy is with me at every moment. I am undisturbed by disruptions in my plans, able to accommodate sudden shifts with equilibrium and calm. The joy of anticipation is my delight.

By today’s definition an influencer is a person who uses their online reputation, expertise, or position to impact the actions and purchasing decisions of their audience. However, in reality you are an influencer. Like it or not, you are continuously influencing your circumstances. Everything around you reflects your attitude toward it, and acts accordingly. When you speak negatively of your affairs, you are misusing your special power of faith. Faith is defined as joyful expectancy. Having faith in God is having faith in good, in good outcomes. What you are today and what you have in your life today, is the result of what you have imagined in the past. In biblical terms imagination is described as “spiritual vision”. We all have the faith to move mountains. The problem is we neglect to believe it. To solve this problem affirm often, silently or aloud, “I have mountain-moving faith!” By simply reminding ourselves that we do indeed have mountain-moving faith stimulates it, and erases all thoughts of limitation from our mind. This opens our mind up to receive Divine intuition that inspires, guides, and motivates. “People whom the world considers to be of genius calibre are those who have had the courage and confidence to listen to, and follow the guidance of their intuition and creative imagination.“ They have faith enough to say “Yes!” to opportunities beyond their perceived ability and welcome the thrill of trusting God to go to work through them, in better than expected ways, at showtime.
