"Bless: Story"
John 3:1-21
Join us as we conclude our sermon series on the Witnessing Life titled "Bless Others" where we have been journeying through the (B.L.E.S.S.) acronym. Our hope has been to discover how each and every follower of Jesus is called to be his witnesses through the blessing of others. This week we will explore the final movement in the acronym "Story" - that point in our relationships when have an open door to share the good news of Jesus with a friend. We will once again look to learn from Jesus on how to best have these spiritual conversations with the hopes that we would find inspiration and encouragement to follow his lead.

"The Ending..."
Mark 16:1-8
This Easter Sunday we conclude of our journey through the Gospel of Mark in our series titled, "Who's this Guy?" On Maundy Thursday we have journeyed together through the suffering and death of our Lord Jesus in Mark chapters 14 and 15. On this Resurrection Day we remember how the women went to the tomb to find it empty with the news that "He is risen!" We will place ourselves in their shoes and consider the shock and wonder of this moment that would absolutely change the world. Our invitation is to let this gospel continue that transforming work.

This Sunday, we continue our series titled "Who's this Guy?" as we work our way, chapter by chapter, through the Gospel of Mark. This week, we consider chapter 13, which is one of the more misunderstood chapters in Mark. Jesus offers a long discourse on what is coming - the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. This was a catastrophic event for the Jewish people that absolutely changed everything. Jesus is offering words of wisdom to the disciples who will face this struggle - words that continue to be an encouragement today.
