Wordpress runs a lot of the internet websites out there and makes it a massive target for hackers because they can find small security holes and then automatically apply them to millions of websites. In this episode I'll talk a bit about my own experiences, my recommendations for hosting websites and what I'm doing for my business websites.

Preparation is my key to successful negotiations. Don't ever go into a tough discussion unprepared as this will often end in emotions being thrown around the room and possibly end without a resolution. Define a spectrum of compromises you're willing to accept, but know your limits and when to pull out of negotiations, when to postpone and let everyone cool off and come back to the table later.

In 2015 I set out to find some peace and quiet in the Irish countryside as I was in the middle of my first founder adventure.
