Recognize the things you have accomplished.

Dang. Life just changed on you? And your just like, come on. Remember everything does happen for a reason in the grand scheme of things. Try to have a positive outlook and learn from this.

We have full control of our own lives. The only things that are taking away our control is our thoughts, distractions, temptations, ect. So what’s the 1 thing you can take out of your life that is negatively effecting you?
