It’s okay to have sucky or hard days it’s apart of the journey of life. But, keep your chin up God has a purpose for you to fulfill 💛

Yooooo we need to build our spiritual muscles!! It’s just as important as our physical muscles. We need that strength and armor for the game we play everyday!

Today I had the privilege to be with my grandma and take out to lunch. She means the world to me and is so wise! She has Alzheimer’s so she’s losing her memory and I wanted to capture her wise words today🌟 I asked her what advice she would give to people in their early 20’s and in general. This episode is longer but is so worth listening to!
