On Chris' last Sunday at G3, he preaches on the story in Genesis where Jacob wrestles with God. Chris gives us permission to have doubts, to question God, to even get angry because God is a God who can handle our doubts and fears. But ultimately, we rest in the assurance of God's love for us and for all people even in the midst of darkness and struggle.

On this second Sunday of our series, Pastor Ron looks at Daniel chapter 2 and how Daniel was able to retell and interpret the king's dream. This part of the story shows us how important it is to go to the right source in order to get the right solution. Only God was able to know the king's dream (not the astronomers or magicians), and Daniel knew God would provide the answers when he went before the king.

In our first sermon this series on Daniel, Pastor Ron challenges us to build our lives upon a firm foundation so that when the bad times come (and they will come), we will not crumble.

In our third week of our Simplify series, guest preacher Rick Page joins us to look at the topic of healthy finances. He says, "It's a matter of cardiology not ideology" when it comes to our money. We are called to be good and faithful stewards of all that God has given us so that we can help grow His Kingdom.

In this second sermon of our Simplify series, Pastor Ron discusses the connection between our relationship with God and our relationship with others. We must be connected to the Vine (Jesus Christ) in order to have the appropriate lens of humility and servanthood in our relationships with others.

Today we begin our new sermon series looking at how to simplify our lives so that we live like Mary in a Martha world (referring to the story of Mary and Martha in the New Testament). What changes do we need to make in our daily schedules to make time for the "best" things in life?

This Sunday is unlike any Sunday at G3 Church. For the first time in our G3 life, we unleash a vision that God has given us over the next five years.

In our final week of this Reborn series, our youth pastor, Chris McAuliffe, teaches from 1 Peter 5 about humility, and how true humility comes from being ourselves, being the men and women God created us to be with all of our gifts and skills and shortcomings. That's the person God wants to use to change the world. That's the person we become more of when we are "reborn" in Christ.

This week Pastor Ron uses the illustration of putting on new clothes when we are reborn in Christ, and by doing this, we can be a blessing to others in the way we act and through the words we speak.

In this second Sunday of our Reborn series, we look at 1 Peter 2 and Peter's call for Jesus followers to submit. No longer are we to behave like our old selves, but when we are reborn, we submit to God's authority over our lives and change our behaviors.
