Hey y'all! In today's episode, I am all over the place. Literally. I share my thoughts about how I've been feeling about quarantine, from my frustrations to the little things that bring me joy. I keep it simple in this episode and bounce from topic to topic depending on what topic randomly jumped into my mind.

In this episode, I recall times in my life when I have done things that were not so nice to my friends. I tell stories from different points in my life: elementary school, high school, and college. I ponder about my past intentions, desires, and ways of thinking that could lead to me to do the things that I did, and reflect how I feel about these things now as I've grown older.

In this episode, I talk about The White Bears of my life. A "white bear" is basically a person you don't want to think about and I talk about the white bears from my college years.
