Ha pasado un tiempo que no compartía contenido por aquí, así que hoy decidí pasar por esta comunidad para compartirles mi experiencia realizando la parada de manos después de varios meses sin haber hecho este elemento del Street Workout.

Greetings again to all Hivers, especially the members of the Full Deportes community. It's been a while since I've shared content here, so today I decided to stop by this community to share with you my experience doing the handstand after several months of not doing this element of Street Workout.

Como menciono en el video, la última vez que compartí contenido en esta comunidad, les había compartido una rutina abdominal muy práctica para realizar en la comodidad del hogar, si desean ver la rutina, aquí les comparto el post (enlace).

As mentioned in the video, the last time I shared content in this community, I had shared a very practical abdominal routine to perform in the comfort of your home, if you want to see the routine, here I share the post (link).

En ese momento estaba iniciando mi primera semana de actividad física, pero al pasar unos días me enfermé, así que en pocas palabras esa semana en la que retomé mi actividad física no fue válida para mí, ya que estuve de reposo por un mes aproximadamente.

At that time I was starting my first week of physical activity, but after a few days I got sick, so in a nutshell that week when I resumed my physical activity was not valid for me, as I was resting for about a month.

LLegó el mes de Enero del año en curso y ya me sentia mejor, así que decidí retomar una vez más mis entrenamientos, en ese tiempo de reposo aproveché para planificar mi regreso al entrenamiento.

Tomé la decisión de empezar con entrenamientos muy ligeros, ejercicios de acondicionamiento e ir aumentando la carga de los ejercicios poco a poco, así me mantuve por todo un mes.

January of this year arrived and I was feeling better, so I decided to resume my training once again, and during this time of rest I took the opportunity to plan my return to training.

I decided to start with very light workouts, conditioning exercises and gradually increase the load of the exercises, and I kept it up for a whole month.

Cumplí un mes de entrenamiento constante, fue en ese momento cuando decidí dar un avance y quise volver a hacer la parada de manos, un elemento del Street Workout que me ha acompañado en todo el camino de aprendizaje que he adquirido en este deporte, siendo la parada de manos el primer elemento que logré aprender.

I completed a month of constant training, it was at that moment when I decided to take a step forward and wanted to do the handstand again, an element of Street Workout that has accompanied me throughout the learning path I have acquired in this sport, being the handstand the first element that I managed to learn.

El Lunes, 12 de Febrero, tomé la decisión de recuperar la parada de manos, fuí al parque "Las Ballenitas" con mi pareja Mila (@milagroscdlrr), después de cierto ejercicios de calentamientos, preparé mi teléfono en el trípode para comenzar a grabar.

On Monday, February 12th, I made the decision to recover the handstand, I went to the park "Las Ballenitas" with my partner Mila (@milagroscdlrr), after some warm-up exercises, I prepared my phone on the tripod to start recording.

Comencé a grabar desde el primer intento, quise compartirles todo como si realmente ustedes hubieran estado allí conmigo, observando qué iba a pasar, ¿será que lo iba a poder lograr desde el primer intento? ¿será que me caía?

Esos eran algunos de los pensamientos que yo tenía mientras calentaba.

I started recording from the first attempt, I wanted to share everything with you as if you were really there with me, watching what was going to happen, was I going to make it from the first attempt? was I going to fall?

Those were some of the thoughts I had while I was warming up.

En los primeros intentos, logré marcar la postura de la parada de manos pero no pude mantener la postura por más de un par de segundos, los brazos se me flexionaban automáticamente, era una respuesta natural del cuerpo por haber tenido tanto tiempo sin haber hecho la parada de manos.

In the first few attempts, I managed to get into the handstand position but I couldn't hold the position for more than a couple of seconds, my arms automatically flexed, it was a natural response of the body because I hadn't done a handstand for so long.

Sentía todo el peso de mi cuerpo pero me costaba encontrar el equilibrio y cuando hacía el intento una vez más mis brazos se flexionaban...

I felt the full weight of my body but I struggled to find my balance and when I tried once more my arms flexed....

Fue para el intento número 5 que logré mantenerme en la parada de manos, logré encontrar el equilibrio y aunque sentía que mis brazos se querían flexionar, yo aplicaba fuerza con mis hombros e incluso los tríceps, para mantener mis brazos extendidos.

It was by attempt number 5 that I managed to stay in the handstand, I managed to find my balance and even though I felt that my arms wanted to flex, I applied strength with my shoulders and even my triceps, to keep my arms extended.

Sin pensarlo mucho comencé a realizar variaciones en la parada de manos, no perdí la oportunidad y comencé a jugar con las piernas, sintiendo el equilibrio y controlando mi cuerpo lo mejor que podía.

!Para mi sorpresa logré durar un aproximado de 40 segundos! 🙏🏻

Without thinking too much I started to do variations in the handstand, I didn't miss the opportunity and started to play with my legs, feeling the balance and controlling my body as best as I could.

To my surprise I managed to last about 40 seconds! 🙏🏻

Luego de un descanso lo volví a intentar y me costó volver a mantener la postura, pero logré volver a hacer la parada de manos después de 3 intentos.

Incluso en algunos de los intentos anteriores me atreví a mirar la cámara jajaja, creo que por eso me caí, enfoque mi concentración en mirar la cámara y no en mantener el equilibrio. 😅

After a break I tried it again and it was hard to keep the posture, but I managed to do the handstand again after 3 attempts.

Even in some of the previous attempts I dared to look at the camera hahaha, I think that's why I fell, I focused my concentration on looking at the camera and not on keeping my balance. 😅

Ya solo era cuestión de seguir practicando para poder recuperar el dominio y la confianza que he logrado desarrollar en la parada de manos en anteriores ocasiones.

It was just a matter of continuing to practice in order to regain the mastery and confidence that I had managed to develop in the handstand on previous occasions.

Realmente disfruté mucho ese día, recuperar la parada de manos me motivó bastante a seguir avanzando con mi planificación de entrenamiento y también me hizo saber que ya era momento de subir la dificultad a los ejercicios que estaba realizando.

I really enjoyed that day, getting my handstand back really motivated me to keep moving forward with my training plan and also let me know that it was time to up the difficulty of the exercises I was doing.

Para el día en el que publico este post ya he avanzado mucho con mis prácticas de la parada de manos, ya puedo hacer algunas flexiones en parada de manos e incluso ya estoy entrenando de nuevo la parada de manos a un brazo.

By the time I publish this post I have already made a lot of progress with my handstand practice, I can already do some handstand push-ups and I am even training the one-arm handstand again.

A big hello to all the Hivers, happy start of the week, I hope you are very well. For this opportunity I wanted to finish sharing with you my experience witnessing the Street Workout competition, the Hive Cup in its 2nd Edition.

Como mencioné en mi último post, el viernes 15 de Diciembre de 2023, se llevó a cabo la 2da Edición de la Copa en el Centro Comercial "Parque Los Aviadores", una competencia organizada y desarrollada por parte de la comunidad Street Workout Community.

As I mentioned in my last post, on Friday, December 15th, 2023, the 2nd Edition of the Copa took place at the "Parque Los Aviadores" shopping centre, a competition organised and developed by the Street Workout Community.

En esta competencia asistieron muchas amistades para participar como atletas, algunas de estas amistades son de otros estados, amigos que con muy poca frecuencia uno puede ver y hablar con ellos.

Así que para ese día, tanto mi pareja Mila (@milagroscdlrr), como yo, decidimos asistir al evento.

This competition was attended by many friends to participate as athletes, some of these friends are from other states, friends that you rarely get to see and talk to.

So for that day, both my partner Mila (@milagroscdlrr) and I decided to attend the event.

En el post anterior a éste, me dediqué a compartirles las fotografías que me tomé con algunas de las amistades que mencioné, ahora con este post, quiero compartir principalmente la experiencia audiovisual de todas las participaciones de los atletas.

In the previous post to this one, I dedicated myself to share with you the pictures I took with some of the friends I mentioned, now with this post, I want to share mainly the audiovisual experience of all the athletes' participations.

A unos cuantos minutos antes de comenzar la actividad, Mila y yo salimos desde mi casa hasta el centro comercial, ya que vivo prácticamente cerca de este centro comercial.

Como es de costumbre tomamos algunas fotografías al llegar, como las que pueden ver de la entrada del centro comercial.

También nos tomamos algunas selfies Mila y yo, pero esas fotos ya las compartí en otro post, si no las han visto, pueden hacerlo mediante este enlace.

A few minutes before the start of the activity, Mila and I set off from my house to the mall, as I live practically close to the mall.

As usual we took some pictures when we arrived, like the ones you can see at the entrance of the mall.

Mila and I also took some selfies, but I already shared those pictures in another post, if you haven't seen them, you can do it through this link.

Una vez dentro del centro comercial y después de que Mila y yo nos tomaramos algunas fotos más, ya era momento de acercarnos al lugar donde sería desarrollada la competencia.

Once inside the mall and after Mila and I had taken a few more pictures, it was time to approach the place where the competition would be held.

Comencé por tomar algunas fotografías del entorno donde estaría la puesta en acción de los atletas.

Tomé un par de fotos como pueden ver en la parte superior de estos párrafos, en ese momento, ya faltaba poco para dar inicio a la actividad.

Después de unos minutos comenzó la actividad, a Mila y a mí nos invitaron a sentarnos en unas sillas, dentro del área de la competencia, eso muy bueno para poder grabar con mayor comodidad y cercanía para captar las participaciones de los atletas.

I started by taking some pictures of the environment where the athletes would be in action.

I took a couple of pictures as you can see at the top of these paragraphs, at that time, it was almost time for the activity to start.

After a few minutes the activity started, Mila and I were invited to sit on some chairs, inside the competition area, which was very good to be able to record with more comfort and proximity to capture the participation of the athletes.

Una vez comenzó la actividad, me dediqué a grabar cada participación para poder compartir este post con ustedes, cabe destacar que esta competencia estuvo estructurada para evaluar a los diferentes atletas en 3 categorias, siendo estas, la categoría Amateur, categoría Semi-Profesional y la categoría Profesional. Cada atleta en base a su condición física, experiencia y habilidad sabía en que categoría le correspondía participar.

A continuación detallaré brevemente cada categoría desarrollada en esta competencia, así como también mencionaré a los atletas participantes, sus respectivas participaciones individuales para clasificar, los versus que hayan realizado en las diferentes rondas y concluiré compartiendo quienes fueron los ganadores de cada categoría.

Una vez dicho esto, comencemos.

Once the activity began, I dedicated myself to record each participation to share this post with you, it should be noted that this competition was structured to evaluate the different athletes in 3 categories, being these, the Amateur category, Semi-Professional category and the Professional category. Each athlete based on their physical condition, experience and ability knew in which category they had to participate.

Below I will briefly detail each category developed in this competition, as well as mention the participating athletes, their respective individual participations to qualify, the versus they have made in the different rounds and conclude by sharing who were the winners of each category.

Having said that, let's get started.

En esta ronda se realizó un versus para definir los ganadores del primer y segundo lugar, ya teniendo establecido el ganador del tercer lugar.

In this round, a versus was held to define the first and second place winners, with the third place winner already determined.

This round was developed with individual participations due to the odd number of athletes, in order to define the winner of the third in this category and also to establish the versus of the next round where the winners of the first and second place will be defined.

En esta ronda se realizó un versus para definir los ganadores del primer y segundo lugar, ya teniendo establecido el ganador del tercer lugar.

In this round, a versus was held to define the first and second place winners, with the third place winner already determined.

Debido a la poca cantidad de atletas en la categoría profesional, esta categoría se evaluó con el desarrolló de solo 3 rondas.

La primera, siendo esta la clasificatoria, se desarrolló para clasificar a los 4 atletas con mayor puntaje.

Una vez establecidos los 4 atletas clasificados, se desarrollaron las siguientes 2 rondas; la "Ronda 2" para definir mediante un versus al ganador del tercer lugar en esta categoría y la "Ronda 3" para definir igualmente mediante un versus a los ganadores del primer y segundo lugar.

Due to the small number of athletes in the professional category, this category was evaluated with the development of only 3 rounds.

The first round, being the qualifying round, was developed to classify the 4 athletes with the highest scores.

Once the 4 classified athletes were established, the following 2 rounds were developed; the "Round 2" to define by means of a versus the winner of the third place in this category and the "Round 3" to define also by means of a versus the winners of the first and second place.

Fue una larga pero excelente experiencia estando presente en la competencia y grabando cada una de las participaciones, honestamente lo disfruté mucho, para ese entonces no podía practicar el Street Workout, pero el hecho de poder ver a mis amigos ejecutar sus elementos de Street Workout y sus diferentes movimientos, fue muy motivador.

It was a long but excellent experience being present at the competition and recording each of the participations, I honestly enjoyed it a lot, at that time I couldn't practice Street Workout, but being able to see my friends performing their Street Workout elements and different movements was very motivating.

De esta manera concluye mi experiencia presenciando el desarrollo desde el inicio hasta el final de la Copa Hive, espero que les haya gustado el post y el video.

Saludos cordiales para todos los Hivers, especialmente para aquellos que hacen vida en la comunidad de Full Deportes. Luego de 3 meses de inactividad física, debido principalmente a un reposo voluntario que tomé por una sobrecarga muscular en el área de la muñeca, así como también algunas contracturas musculares en la zona de los dorsales, trapecios y hombros, entre otros.

He decidido reanudar oficialmente mis entrenamientos con una rutina abdominal.

Warm greetings to all Hivers, especially to those who make life in the Full Deportes community. After 3 months of physical inactivity, mainly due to a voluntary rest I took for a muscle overload in the wrist area, as well as some muscle contractures in the area of the dorsal, trapezius and shoulders, among others.

I have decided to officially resume my training with an abdominal routine.

Además, por las mismas razones de mi inactividad física, he estado ausente en la creación de contenido para ésta comunidad, así que está rutina abdominal he decidido compartirla con ustedes en Full Deportes.

Also, for the same reasons of my physical inactivity, I have been absent in creating content for this community, so this abdominal routine I have decided to share with you in Full Deportes.

El pasado viernes, 1 de Diciembre, decidí reanudar mi actividad física luego de 3 meses en reposo, las últimas semanas he estado asistiendo a sesiones de fisioterapia con un amigo fisioterapeuta y él me indicó que ya me encuentro en buenas condiciones para retomar mis hábitos de entrenamiento.

Last Friday, December 1st, I decided to resume my physical activity after 3 months of rest, the last few weeks I have been attending physiotherapy sessions with a physiotherapist friend and he indicated that I am in good condition to resume my training habits.

Personalmente ya tengo experiencia estando inactivo y en reposo por circunstancias adversas, esto me ha permitido adquirir conocimientos y teorías para poner en práctica cada vez que tenga que repetir este proceso de pausa y reanudación de mi actividad física.

Personally, I already have experience of being inactive and resting due to adverse circumstances, and this has allowed me to acquire knowledge and theories to put into practice every time I have to repeat this process of pausing and resuming my physical activity.

Luego de varias semanas inactivo, sin haber realizado algún ejercicio físico, considero muy importante reanudar la actividad física de una manera consciente, paciente y planificada.

Es por esto que mis primeros entrenamientos van a estar enfocados en el acondicionamiento físico principalmente, para recuperar mi resistencia y fuerza muscular, cardiovascular, así como también trabajar la movilidad, flexibilidad y fortalecimiento de mis articulaciones, entre otros aspectos más, que tengo pensado compartir con ustedes en la posteridad.

After several weeks of inactivity, without having done any physical exercise, I consider it very important to resume physical activity in a conscious, patient and planned way.

This is why my first training sessions will be focused on physical conditioning, mainly to recover my muscular and cardiovascular resistance and strength, as well as to work on mobility, flexibility and strengthening of my joints, among other aspects, which I plan to share with you in the future.

En mis sesiones de terapia y en casa he estado trabajando la movilidad y la flexibilidad articular como parte de la recuperación, pero en términos de acondicionamiento muscular, esta rutina de abdomen es el primer entrenamiento de fuerza que he ejercido después de varios meses.

Consideré propio comenzar con una rutina de abdomen para ir fortaleciendo el núcleo de mi cuerpo e ir adquiriendo resistencia, fuerza y estabilidad, que me beneficiará cuando comience con mis entrenamientos en la zona superior e inferior de mi cuerpo.

In my therapy sessions and at home I have been working on joint mobility and flexibility as part of recovery, but in terms of muscle conditioning, this ab routine is the first strength training I have done in several months.

I felt it was appropriate to start with an ab routine to build core strength, endurance, strength and stability, which will benefit me when I begin my upper and lower body workouts.

Está rutina de abdomen que les comparto fácilmente puede ser realizada en la comodidad del hogar, ya que solo necesitaremos el soporte del suelo.

Las repeticiones y las series de cada ejercicio están compartidas en el video y en el desarrollo del post. Cabe destacar que son cantidades de referencia que pueden ser ajustadas a la condición actual y exigencias del cuerpo.

This abdominal routine that I share with you can easily be performed in the comfort of your own home, as you only need the support of the floor.

The repetitions and sets of each exercise are shared in the video and in the development of the post. It should be noted that they are reference amounts that can be adjusted to the current condition and demands of the body.

Por el momento, esta es la rutina que les comparto hoy. Honestamente no pensé hacer tantas repeticiones para ser mi primer entrenamiento de abdomen luego de varios meses inactivo. Quedé muy contento y satisfecho con los resultados.

For the moment, this is the routine I'm sharing with you today. I honestly didn't expect to do so many reps for my first ab workout after several months of inactivity. I was very happy and satisfied with the results.

Antes de finalizar, quiero decirles que consideré necesario darles contexto del por qué estaba inactivo y había suspendido la creación de contenido relacionado a mis entrenamientos y rutinas de Calistenia y Street Workout.

Por tal razón en este post, además de compartirles mi rutina, les comparto información personal sobre mi inactividad física y la planificación que pienso hacer ahora que ya reanudé mis entrenamientos.

Before I finish, I wanted to say that I felt it necessary to give you some context as to why I was inactive and had suspended creating content related to my Calisthenics and Street Workout training and routines.

That's why in this post, in addition to sharing my routine, I'm sharing some personal information about my physical inactivity and the planning I plan to do now that I've resumed my workouts.

Como mencioné en mi anterior post relacionado a este evento, el pasado sábado 21 de Octubre, se realizó en mi ciudad (Maracay), una compentencia de Street Workout a nivel nacional, llamada Legends Of The Bars, siendo ésta su tercera edición. La compentecia tuvo lugar específicamente en el centro comercial Las Américas, en este lugar fue donde surgió toda la experiencia.

As I mentioned in my previous post related to this event, last Saturday October 21st, a Street Workout competition was held in my city (Maracay), called Legends Of The Bars, this being its third edition. The competition took place specifically in the shopping centre Las Americas, in this place was where the whole experience took place.

Para este día tuve algunos asuntos personales por hacer antes de dirigirme a la competencia, lo que no me permitió estar presente desde el principio de la actividad, gran parte de las rondas lamentablemente me las perdí y no las pude grabar.

Hago mención de ésto porque en este post les comparto a traves del video y el escrito mi experiencia presenciando y observando las participaciones finales de la competencia.

For this day I had some personal business to do before heading to the competition, which did not allow me to be present from the beginning of the activity, unfortunately I missed most of the rounds and could not record them.

I mention this because in this post I share with you through video and writing my experience witnessing and observing the final participations of the competition.

A pesar de haber llegado tarde y haberme perdido gran parte de la competencia, no me desanimé y me puse a fotografíar el espacio donde estaban ubicadas las barras portátiles y los alrededores para que ustedes lograran ver cómo estaba el ambiente de la competencia.

Despite arriving late and missing a large part of the competition, I was not discouraged and photographed the space where the portable bars were located and the surrounding area so that you could see what the atmosphere of the competition was like.

Luego de tomar algunas fotografías del entorno y los alrededores en donde se realizó la competencia, también me tomé varias selfies con algunos atletas, algunos de los jueces y con mi novia Mila @milagroscdlrr, pero esas fotos ya se las compartí en el anterior post, si quieren verlas y también ver algunos detalles que compartí en aquel post pueden hacerlo a través de este enlace.

After taking some pictures of the environment and the surroundings where the competition took place, I also took some selfies with some athletes, some of the judges and my girlfriend Mila @milagroscdlrr, but I already shared those pictures in the previous post, if you want to see them and also see some details that I shared in that post you can do it through this link.

Durante el proceso que me tomaba algunas fotografías, cuando terminaban los momentos de descanso para los atletas, también me ponía a grabar esas últimas participaciones de cada categoria.

Cabe mencionar que en la competencia se evaluaron 2 categorias, la categoria Semi-Profesional y la categoría Profesional.

En ambas categorías estaban distribuidos atletas de diversos estados y entre algunos de ellos, se encontraban atletas de ésta comunidad, SWC.

During the process of taking some pictures, when the athletes' breaks were over, I also started to record the last participations of each category.

It is worth mentioning that in the competition there were 2 categories, the Semi-Professional category and the Professional category.

In both categories were distributed athletes from different states and among some of them, there were athletes from this community, SWC.

Las rondas específicas que logré grabar fueron las siguientes:

En ésta ronda participaron @angelosw, Andrés Delgado y Marcos Mora.

Los participantes de ésta ronda fueron @kelvinh-sew, @alvisorozco, Erwin Rodríguez y David Esquivel.

En la participación de @kelvinh-sew y Erwin Rodríguez unícamente alcancé a grabar 1 ronda.

The specific rounds I managed to record were as follows:

Una vez que todas las participaciones y las rondas de las respectivas categorías finalizaron, los jueces junto con el narrador del evento dieron a conocer quienes eran los 3 ganadores de cada categoría.

Once all the entries and rounds of the respective categories were finished, the judges along with the narrator of the event announced the 3 winners of each category.

Después del anuncio de los ganadores muchas personas comenzaron a tomarse fotos, los organizadores y los jueces y los ganadores también se agruparon para tomarles fotos y así poder dar cierre a la actividad.

After the announcement of the winners many people started to take pictures, the organisers and judges and the winners also grouped together to take pictures to close the event.

Sin más que agregar, así concluye mi experiencia en el Campeonato Nacional Legends Of The Bars.

El lunes 20 de Marzo precisamente el mismo día del tercer aniversario de la Cadena de Bloques #Hive, se realizó en conjunto la inauguración del circuito de barras construido en el parque "Las Ballenitas" ubicado en la ciudad de Maracay, estado Aragua.

La hora patuada para dar inicio a la inauguración era a las 5 PM, hora en la que comúnmente las personas que hacen vida en este parque están por llegar para hacer sus actividades.

Al llegar al parque lo primero que hice fue capturar una fotografía al cartel publicitario que quedó como representación del circuito de barras construido por la comunidad SWC gracias al apoyo de nuestra querida cadena de bloques #Hive. ♥️♦️

On Monday, March 20th, precisely the same day of the third anniversary of the #Hive Blockchain, the inauguration of the bar circuit built in the park "Las Ballenitas" located in the city of Maracay, Aragua state, was held.

The inauguration was scheduled to start at 5 PM, a time when the people who live in this park are usually about to arrive to do their activities.

When I arrived at the park the first thing I did was to take a picture of the billboard that represented the bar circuit built by the SWC community thanks to the support of our beloved blockchain #Hive. ♥️♦️

Después de capturar esa fotografía, comencé a saludar a las personas que ya estaban presentes, personalmente me sorprendió mucho porque habían muchas personas, más de lo que normalmente hacen vida en ese parque, el hecho de ver a tantas personas me dió mucha alegría, puesto que, en este parque realicé mis inicios en este deporte, el Street Workout.

Debo mencionar que ese dia no capturé fotografías del lugar, ya que estuve enfocado en grabar, la cantidad de personas eran bastante y eso me dificultó conseguir una buena fotografía que resaltara específicamente las barras del parque.

Realmente hice el intento de tomar algunas pero no me gustó para nada el resultado y en el mismo momento que las ví, las borré.

Así que para compensar está situación y siendo honesto se generó de manera improvisada, el día siguiente volví a visitar el parque un poco más temprano para poder tomar las fotografías del parque con toda la calma posible y buscando el ángulo que yo deseara en ese momento.

Fue de esta manera como logré capturar unas fotografías del circuito de barras completo e incluso pude tomarme una selfie sin ningún problema.

After capturing that picture, I began to greet the people who were already present, personally I was very surprised because there were many people, more than what normally make life in that park, the fact of seeing so many people gave me much joy, since, in this park I made my beginnings in this sport, the Street Workout.

I should mention that I didn't take pictures of the place that day, because I was focused on filming, the amount of people was quite a lot and that made it difficult for me to get a good picture that specifically highlighted the bars of the park.

I really tried to take some but I didn't like the result at all and the moment I saw them, I deleted them.

So to compensate for this situation and to be honest it was generated in an improvised way, the next day I went back to visit the park a bit earlier so I could take the pictures of the park as calmly as possible and looking for the angle I wanted at that moment.

It was in this way that I managed to capture some pictures of the entire bar circuit and I was even able to take a selfie without any problem.

Retomando el día de la inauguración, después de saludar, las personas que estaban presentes comenzaron a hacer calentamientos y breves estiramientos, de esta manera estrenaron las barras haciendo Freestyle.

Me gustó muchísimo el resultado de las barras, como quedó todo distribuido, anteriormente hacer Freestyle en este parque era algo complicado e incomodo por la escasez de barras, pero ahora el parque tiene una barra específica para ésta actividad, mientras que están las demás disponibles para otros entrenamientos, sin perjudicar en ningún aspecto.

Returning to the opening day, after greetings, the people who were present began to warm up and do some brief stretches, in this way they used the bars for the first time doing freestyle.

I really liked the result of the bars, how everything was distributed, previously doing Freestyle in this park was something complicated and uncomfortable because of the lack of bars, but now the park has a specific bar for this activity, while the others are available for other trainings, without harming in any aspect.

Al finalizar la sesión de Freestyle, @manuelramos junto a @victorg30 nos invitaron a una pequeña reunión, el motivo de la reunión era para celebrar el tercer aniversario de la Cadena de Bloques #Hive.

Como tema de conversación principal @manuelramos estableció una pequeña dinámica relacionada a Hive, el propósito de la dinámica era compartir nuestras experiencias y aprendizajes en Hive, en el proceso muchos agradecimos formar parte de Hive y por todas las oportunidades que se han presentado desde que hacemos vida en esta cadena de bloques.

At the end of the Freestyle session, @manuelramos together with @victorg30 invited us to a small meeting, the reason for the meeting was to celebrate the third anniversary of the #Hive Blockchain.

As the main topic of conversation @manuelramos set a small dynamic related to Hive, the purpose of the dynamic was to share our experiences and learnings in Hive, in the process many of us were grateful to be part of Hive and for all the opportunities that have presented themselves since we have been making life in this blockchain.

Agradezco mucho todo el apoyo y soporte que la cadena de bloques #Hive aportó en el desarrollo del circuito de barras construido en el parque "Las Ballenitas" agradezco a la comunidad SWC, a @manuelramos, @eddiespino, @guiltyparties, @marlenyaragua y a todas las personas que participaron o contribuyeron en el proceso de esta construcción hasta lograr el resultado final.

Personalmente agradezco las oportunidades que he recibido desde que formo parte de Hive, me ha permitido conocer personas que me han transmitido conocimientos, experiencia y aprendizaje. En esta publicación y en el video compartido sólo conseguiran algunos momentos que logré grabar del evento, puesto que, me encontraba con el teléfono con poco almacenamiento y eso no me permitió grabar todo el evento.

De hecho, por falta de almacenamiento tuve que organizar el contenido multimedia de mi teléfono para poder editar y guardar el video compartido en esta publicación. Una vez explicado el por qué no pude compartir la experiencia completa, sólo me queda decirles que hice mi mayor esfuerzo por captar todo lo que pude de la participación de los atletas en sus respectivos versus.

En este evento no pude participar como atleta, ya que, estoy todavía en etapa de recuperación en mis entrenamientos, aún no poseo la fuerza y resistencia que tenía antes y tampoco poseo en buena condición todos mis movimientos del Street Workout. Estoy entrando constantemente para que en las próximas actividades de la comunidad pueda participar como atleta. 🙏🏻

In this post and in the shared video you will only get a few moments that I managed to record of the event, as my phone was low on storage and this did not allow me to record the whole event.

In fact, due to lack of storage I had to organise the multimedia content on my phone in order to edit and save the video shared in this post. Having explained why I couldn't share the full experience, I can only say that I did my best to capture as much as I could of the athletes' participation in their respective versus.

I was not able to participate in this event as an athlete, as I am still in the recovery stage of my training, I still don't have the strength and endurance I had before and I don't have all my Street Workout movements in good condition. I am constantly working on my training so that I will be able to participate as an athlete in the next community activities. 🙏🏻

Este primer evento fue realizado el pasado sábado 14 de enero en el "Parque El Ejército Las Ballenas" ubicado en la ciudad de Maracay, estado Aragua, a horas de la tarde.

El evento tenía hora de inicio a las 3:30 PM, yo siendo residente de la ciudad y como ese es el parque que actualmente frecuento, me dirigí hacia el parque como habitualmente lo hago, por medio de mi bicicleta.

This first event was held on Saturday 14 January at the "Parque El Ejército Las Ballenas" located in the city of Maracay, Aragua state, in the afternoon.

The event was scheduled to start at 3:30 PM, I being a resident of the city and as this is the park I currently frequent, I went to the park as I usually do, by bicycle.

Al llegar noté que ya estaba todo organizado y se estaban preparando para seleccionar el orden en el que iban a participar los atletas, a través de un sorteo.

Los atletas estaban formados en 2 columnas para recibir un número que indicaba su lugar en la primera ronda de versus, siendo un total de 3 rondas para determinar el 1er, 2do y 3er lugar.

When I arrived I noticed that everything was already organised and they were getting ready to select the order in which the athletes were going to participate, through a draw.

The athletes were lined up in 2 columns to receive a number indicating their place in the first round of versus, with a total of 3 rounds to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Puedo decir que estos versus estuvieron muy geniales, me trajeron recuerdos del primer versus que se realizó en la comunidad (Enlace de Publicación), desde aquello actividad hasta ésta ha crecido y se ha desarrollado bastante la Comunidad, es muy notorio el progreso de los miembros atletas y cada miembro que forma parte de la comunidad en sus diferentes roles.

I can say that these versus were very cool, they brought back memories of the first versus that took place in the community (Publication Link), from that activity to this one the community has grown and developed a lot, it is very noticeable the progress of the member athletes and each member that is part of the community in their different roles.
