As we begin this new month let us each day pray for the Lord's gift of peace. We are to confess our sinfulness as a Nation and as individuals so as to be forgiven and cleansed. The Lord is merciful and offers healing. We are to seek His ways and walk in HIS JUSTICE AND TRUTH.

Words are powerful. They can inflict pain as well as offer comfort; lift us up or tear us down; we can pray and prise or curse and condemn. Jesus offers us a parable about WORD POWER, not just any word but the Living Word of God.
