Jessica Allen is a wife to Perry, mom of four, entrepreneur and full-time real estate investor. She has built a successful private lending business and is building out a short-term rental portfolio with her friend and business partner, Nicole. In the last year Jessica was able to bring her husband home from his W-2 so that they can now build their real estate business together. She loves working with people and raising capital for her real estate projects. She has been a serial entrepreneur all her life and loves helping others catch the entrepreneurial vision through coaching her clients in real estate investing and life.

Jessica’s heart for each of her clients, in her coaching program Empowered REI, is for them to create a life of adventure that they love and to help them see that it is possible today; that they do not have to put off “living their best life” for their retirement years. She helps her clients create a vision and a plan through real estate investing to create cash flow and implement financial strategies to help them transition into this life in under 5 years instead of the 20-30 year plan that most of us are led to believe is necessary. Her and her family reside in Western, Nebraska and where she operates her real estate investing and coaching businesses remotely.

Chandler Walker started his entrepreneurial journey after graduating from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Biochemistry and forgoing a medical pathway to pursue a brick-and-mortar wellness facility. He then pivoted to an online health practice a year before the COVID lockdowns.

After scaling both businesses to the 7 figure level and doing 3000-4000 sales consultations, Chandler was frustrated with the way sales were taught. He was tired of the old-school objection handling, aggressive tactics, and salesy attitude taught by most sales trainers.

So he looked back at what he was doing, combed through his notes, and created Compassion Conversations. A therapeutic-driven, psychological-based sales system centered around compassion and care without manipulation, aggressive tactics, or being salesly.

Chandler has taught over 3000 people his system of compassion Conversations and has the goal to change and redefine the landscape of sales altogether.

Kevin Hoover lived most of his professional life thinking that he would be happy when the next thing happens. The promotion, the raise, the market changes. The joy always seemed to be around the next corner. 

In 2019, Kevin's 4 year old son Baxley was diagnosed with stage IV cancer & the world stopped.  Everything that was once important became trivial.  Kevin's perspective and purpose changed.  Baxley beat cancer and now Kevin, and his wife Suzanne, operate a business from an RV that the family drives around America to help other kids who are fighting cancer.

Kevin and Suzanne created a non profit that is called HYP! - Hug Your People & they have a goal to generate $1 million per year to help kids & their families. They give kids with cancer and their families a safe space when they are thrown into an unfamiliar world. They do this by giving kids a wagon, assisting families getting to and from treatment and funding pediatric cancer research.

Hug Your People was something that Kevin and his family said to other people and to themselves. It was an innocent request for his family to let each other know that they needed a hug. As they said it to other people as a reminder, it started to catch on. Before you knew it, Baxley had inspired a movement of kind hearted people to care a little more about the people around them. It would become the very organization that Kevin's family is working on today.
