Episode 303 - New Boot Animation by Manny

Time marches on so that means more VIDEO GAMES!

I played and beat Pragmata, which I found to be excellent. Matt started playing a JRPG and actually likes it enough to maybe finish it!? Find out all this and more on this hot new episode.

We return just days after the previous episode so there was literally no news to talk about.

Instead I went way deep into my feelings on Screamer and People of Note!

Kept you waiting huh!?

It's the 300th episode of the podcast! We had to wait a bit longer than usual due to Matt's internet sucking butt and some personal stuff, but we show up refreshed and ready to give you the definitive list of the best 150 games of all time. It's undisputable!

We start off with me telling the world about my most avid hater. They were posting on my decade old Babysitting Mama video for MULTIPLE DAYS in a row.

The video game industry continues to crumble so we talk about the shutting down of highguard.

To finish off I gush about Pokopia and Slay the Spire 2, and Matt continues on with Diablo 3.

The video game industry is crumbling around us, so I get a little upset and rant about how dumb Riot and Sony are while also talking about how Microsoft is having the roughest time of all. At least the State of Play was pretty good HUH?

I continue to live on my own personal JRPG hell while Matt played Diablo 3 and watched the Olympics.

I don't even know what I'm naming these anymore.

Anyways, there was a Nintendo Partner Direct and it was probably cool if you play the Switch 2 as a portable or haven't played games in the past 5-10 years. So we talk about that!

I have become a citizen of Zumeria because I beat Trails Through Daybreak II and am now a decent ways into Trails Beyond the Horizon despite the fact that I said I wouldn't do them back to back. Big mistake!

It seems like we talk about how we don't understand what the hell is going on with major video game publishers ever week now and we repeat that here. Weird marketing by Nintendo. whatever the hell Xbox has going on, and Ubisoft restructuring. It's all weird!

I decided playing an insanely long JRPG where nothing happens would be a good idea, and Matt continued his journey through the 7th generation of consoles with some Madden on the Wii!

We return for our first regular episode of 2026! Not much news other than some Xbox speculation and wondering what games are actually going to come out this year.

I regale you with tales of Power Wash Simulator 2, and Split Fiction while Matt played tons more games from the 7th generation of consoles which he also ranked! You can find and stay up to date with his list here: https://rankingthe7th.wordpress.com/

It is once again time for the annual Game of the Year Podcast! Matt, Noukeo, and I count down our top ten favorite games from ten to one!
