It's Edie's first week of freedom, and she's been elbow deep in Greedfall. We talk about the new RPG, plus Nick is late (surprise!) and, of course, there's news.

We're rested and recovered from PAX West 2019, and we're ready to get our talk on. Nick and Edie review our best (and worst) of what we saw and played in Seattle last week.

Finally! A digital DnD campaign game that feels like playing a real campaign! We got some time with Lennon Lange of Reverb Communications and spokesperson for Solasta: The Crown of the Magister to talk about how this game was designed to keep the spirit of DnD while playing solo and about the Kickstarter that will allow it to expand past its already-promising base game.

Nick talks to Ryan Clark, CEO of Brace Yourself Games, about the turn-based mech action game Phantom Brigade.

Edie and Nick get some hands-in time with Cosmoteer, spaceship construction and battle simulator. Think Sim City, if your cities were in space and could battle each other. They speak with designer Walt Destler of Walternate Realities about the title, due out in 2020 but with a pre-alpha build on Steam now.

Nick talks to Michael Daubert, CEO of Phaser Lock Interactive, about the VR RTS game Final Assault.

Edie and Nick speak with Radosław Maciag from Anshar Studios about Gamedec, a isometric adaptive mystery RPG where players solve crimes committed in virtual reality. Due out in 2020, it’s a game to watch.
