Third time's a charm. This week our Featured Game is Super Mario 3D World, for the (technically still current gen) WiiU. Also in this ribald episode, Rob pitches an original new video game IP, while AC discusses seeing John Cleese and Eric Idle live, and then confesses to drugging his father and making him play arcade games. Oh dear Lord no, somehow the authorities let Rob and AC record podcasts again! It's episode 1 of Game/Life Balance Australia, but don't call this a comeback, we've been here for years! For our reboot episode, we take some time to explain what the heck happened while we were away, why we changed the name of the podcast, and our international conspiracy with our American pals Cody and Jon. For our Featured Game, we delve into the mysteries of Capcom's Alien vs Predator, while in our Game/Life segment Rob spends 20 minutes complaining about being a dad and then tries to convince AC that he's actually really happy about the whole thing. Plus AC spills the beans on his MAME cabinet, ruining its resale value, and Rob describes his time playing the adorable puzzle-platformer Unravel. Finally we end with a quiz that was probably way too clever for this show to begin with. GLB is back baby!
