When you say, "I can’t", you are lying to yourself. You can do anything yet you choose to not do certain things. There is a difference and that difference is choice and accountability. When you say "I can’t", what you are really saying is "I won’t".
This week, replace the word can’t with won’t. This will help you understand what can’t really means and will unlock a huge level of accountability in yourself. You will make huge changes from it and perhaps, just maybe, give yourself more opportunities to be honest and say, "I can, but won't", or perhaps over time, "I can AND will". Remember, "Can't means won't, and won't means can."
