We are going to be playing The Shadow of the Dragon Queen module for 5e. We also added a new player. So I thought it would be good to meet them.

It was a difficult road, but I finally finished the game. A great art style and music, and a pretty good message about moving on with grief. We are going to talk about it and if you can pick the game up. Enjoy.

Although I’ve been out of town the last few days I have gotten the chance to play Under the Waves. The game is about 9-10hrs. long. I’m about 3-4hrs. in. A slow and methodical game about the crushing weight of grief. Love what I am playing so far. Full review next week.

Avin and I really focus in on Trump this time. We went over some of the trials(both literal and figurative)that he is going to have to deal with as the Republican nominee for President.

This is just an in-between episode. My wife and I just wanted to make people laugh. Hopefully, hearing the plight of King Ornack(a chicken) and how his people are being slaughtered by The Butcher will give you a chuckle. This week I had Avin on from The Grief of Politics to talk about Microsoft. We discuss some recent statements they made as well as where they are in the industry. I’m just coming to terms with all the crazy stuff that is happening in the games industry this year. Enjoy.

An off-week this week. I just give an update on the things that have been giving me joy lately. So if you want an update on a smattering of things like: D&D, Warhammer 40k and comedy shows, give it a listen.

Something hit my radar which I had to play: Open Roads. A game about family, life and loss. A total surprise of a game that I found really enjoyable. I spoil some elements of the game, but I really enjoyed it.

This is it. We are finally playing in person and the big dragon fight is upon us. Will the Blood Hunters survive? Maybe, will I spend a lot of time editing this episode because of a weird buzzing noise that happened every 2-3 minutes? Yes, the answer to that last question is yes.

My wife and I just sit down and talk about all the games and stuff we've been playing. She likes Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden as well. She's also playing a bunch of games that I'm not playing.
