It’s happened a few times when I totally do a 180 on a game. I started out thinking that I didn’t like this game and that it was terrible. But the last chapter of the game really changed my mind. I’ll talk about everything this week. Full Spoilers.

I just talk about things I’m very excited about and things that make me happy this episode. We should all want more of that in our lives. Enjoy.

So, it was a bit of a rant this week, but the Alan Wake Remaster is great. It had me a bit depressed because well, when someone takes a game (about 20hrs)to talk about how writing is somewhat or maybe painful, and you know what is your writing or creative endeavor actually doing to you. Yeah, a bit short but sweet this week.

I totally missed Alan Wake when it originally came out. So, I’m going to Remedy that(see what I did there). In all honesty, I love the tone and style of this game. Everything feels slightly off, let’s see where to twists and turns go from here.

Sometimes you have to take the time to reflect on what is going on around you and take a break. I’ve been playing Potion Permit for about a week now and I have to say it is great for a game to focus on anything other than combat. Let’s talk about it.

Everyone is this game is dealing with the death of a loved one or the reconciliation of grief itself. I thought I was going to play this game for fun and it turned into so much more. Let’s talk about all of it.

My wife and I talk about things we have been playing as well as some spooky stuff. To be honest this is also the stuff we have been playing but I love talking to her on the stuff she likes. Which just happens to line up with Halloween.

One of the best years in gaming followed by the worst year for layoffs is something that is hard to reconcile. Avin and I from The Grief of Politics talk about how these are real people’s lives and how those lives are being affected by a small amount of people.

It may seem strange to talk about this considering I’m from Tacoma but here we are. The Fullbright Company’s second game Tacoma deals with the ticking clock of death and what you would do if you knew for certain you had a limited amount of time left. Let’s talk about the game and if it shares with us something new about grief.

Dungeons and Dragons has meant a lot to me over the years. I recently finished reading the Arts & Arcana book that came out in 2018. I talked about the art in the book and my overall history with the game. If you like tabletop then you might like this episode.
